The service at Yado Hotel is really excellent! Lu Yi and Wen Yu at the front desk were very enthusiastic and proactively informed us about how to use the hotel's facilities. The breakfast was great and they had a lot of variety. tasted excellent. The bamboo residence book bar is quiet and elegant, and the display case is very stylish. The gym and laundry room are clean and tidy, well-equipped, and the stay experience was overall great.

Location is perfect, minutes’ walk to the train station. Room is new and comfortable. Pillow is great. Service is also excellent. I bought several things from Taobao that’s sent to hotel. The staff are very patient to search my parcels. It is overall a great hotel to stay in!

Booked family room for 3 but the bed and amenities were enough for just 2. Amenity can be asked for more (they prepared amenity for 2 when we arrived) but bed was still too small. We need to move the two beds close to one another to let one person sleep in between
Other than that overall were excellent. Location is very close to walking street and traveling areas. Building is high enough made us easy to find the hotel when we were walking in the walking street.
Breakfast was variable and good.
Staff were friendly but they were busy with a lot of customers all the time(need to wait a bit). Most speak Chinese. We met one who can speak Thai(our language) when we were about to leave.
Decoration, facility and cleanliness were nice and modern. Nice City view from the room.

This hotel is very new and the location is great.
All staff are very polite and friendly.
Definitely will recommend this hotel when in Kunming.

The accommodation is clean, with complete amenities in the room, safe, very convenient, located in the city center. Around the hotel, there are shopping malls, places to eat, travel, and shop all day long. Breakfast has a variety of choices and is delicious.

Location is good. Service is great and I would like to compliment 皆宜 who assisted me all the way for my trip! She even help me to check on extension of my stay in the hotel and gave me free breakfast. I highly recommend to my friend this hotel and I would definitely come back here again! And lastly the bed is so comfortable!

It's really a humbling experience, especially when you find out things like the night sensor light in the bed and in the toilet. I would highly recommend anyone to stay and I do too.
