Four Points by Sheraton Kunming Guandu

This was a very pleasant experience for my friend and I. We had heard about this hotel's unique style and recommended it to us during our summer trip to Kunming. The front desk staff was very friendly and offered welcome tea upon check-in. They also promptly addressed any questions my friend had. The hotel is beautiful from the outside and unique from the inside. It's close to the Dianchi Lake Convention and Exhibition Center. Nearby is the Haile World, a great place for food and fun. Next time, my friend will definitely consider this hotel.

This is one of the most satisfying hotels I've stayed in recently! First and foremost, the cleanliness was impeccable. Every corner of the room was spotless, even the closet was dust-free, making for a truly reassuring stay. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, the quilt soft and warm, and the pillows at the perfect height, ensuring a truly wonderful sleep. The breakfast ingredients were all fresh, and the freshly cooked rice noodles were incredibly delicious, with the option to add seasonings to your taste. The front desk service was exceptionally attentive. We were in a hurry to check out, but the staff expedited our checkout and even offered to give us two bottles of mineral water for the trip, which was a truly heartwarming touch.

This is a newly opened hotel that has done a great job in every aspect. The bedding is very comfortable, the breakfast is delicious, and the staff are very polite. It's convenient to eat at the Sea World across the street. After eating, you can also go shopping and watch a movie. It's good, I recommend it.

The front desk lady had a bad attitude and poor service awareness. She registered my ID card and just left it there without telling me it was ready. The hotel smelled terrible, and I have rhinitis. My nose was sore after sleeping there all night. They only had wool slippers and no shower shoes, and it was impossible to wash barefoot! I called the front desk to send wool slippers, but they didn't answer after many calls! I felt the value for money was poor, far worse than my previous Sheraton stay. I don't recommend it!

萬豪品牌的酒店總是給人帶來驚喜，雖然新開業，卻完全沒有裝修味道，放心入住。整體設計偏東南亞風格，最愛户外泳池和酒吧，隨手一拍都很出片。前廳妹妹還貼心的贈送了小朋友小童毛巾和驅蚊手環。入住的房間層高至少4米以上，配備齊全，全景落地窗視野很開闊……棒！推薦！

這次入住的酒店真的必須好好誇誇～首先得説説服務，從進門開始就感受到了酒店滿滿的誠意。前台小姐姐笑容親切，辦理入住時動作麻利，細節處的貼心讓人覺得温暖。酒店的泳池更是加分項！周圍環境也很舒服，彷彿置身海灘度假。點了一杯精釀啤酒嚐了之後直接被圈粉，口感很醇厚泡沫細膩，喝完一點都不覺得上頭。總之，很滿意，下次來這兒還住這家，寶藏酒店，收藏了。
