The rooms are clean and tidy, the service is warm and attentive, and the facilities are complete. The lobby has a strong artistic design. The hotel also features a hot spring, swimming pool, and gym. The environment is beautiful, a garden-style hotel with lush greenery, quiet, and within walking distance to Haigeng Dam, Yunnan Nationalities Village, and Haigeng Park. The hotel's breakfast offers a wide variety, and the Chinese restaurant serves delicious food, especially the clay pot rice. We initially planned to stay for two days but extended our stay for a few more.

Facilities: The facilities are complete, and the toilet has a wet and dry separation. Hygiene: The hygiene is good, and the cleaning staff are very responsible. Environment: The environment is particularly beautiful, and the ecology is superb. Service: The service staff have a good attitude, gave many gifts, and even offered a free room upgrade. The food in the Chinese restaurant is especially delicious, and you can order group deals, which are very cost-effective. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied!!!

I had a minor issue during my stay at the InterContinental, but it was resolved perfectly in the end. The room next door was watching TV very loudly at night, and the hotel staff handled it beautifully. They even moved me to a different room the next day. Their service was incredibly thoughtful and meticulous. I will definitely stay at the InterContinental again.

The rooms are quite spacious and face the garden, so it's relatively quiet. The hotel also has an outdoor hot spring. It's close to Dianchi Lake and Haigeng Dam, and you can walk to Haigeng Dam to see the seagulls. The hotel even gives out small gifts! 🎁
