our driver who was picking us up didn't arrive on time and we had to wait ages in the car park, when he finally set off, he realised he needed to get others so we all went back again....
the offer free lifts to the airport but not the nearby metro station, though they will help you book a taxi on your phone
very basic, our window didn't close properly, the handle was broken and I hurt my hand pulling it as closed as I could. the pool is not something you would ever want to swim it...doesn't look so clean, but its handy for the airport. also no breakfast in the building either but lots of restaurants outside, shops and massage parlours

The hotel is really nice, very clean rooms, it has everything you need. Nice stuff. We had the room with a bathtub and we really enjoyed it:)
The swimming pool didn’t work during our stay :(

There is no environment at all, it’s just a farmhouse. The pick-up car feels like the engine is about to fall out. A van is full and everyone can leave. They don’t send them one by one in a hotel. Even the luggage has to be loaded on the car by yourself. It’s speechless. The hotel is on a railway. Except for the little girl at the front desk who is more polite and considerate, there is no merit

酒店接送機方便，裝修現代簡約，所處位置很熱鬧，晚上11點周圍的店都開着，超市買東西和水果吃宵夜都方便。酒店內裝飾有很多小驚喜的地方，會隨處有一些暖心的話語，價格便宜。2張1.5米的床尤其適合親子家庭出行。
不足之處：
1、樓下就是一條火車道，又在機場附近，噪音比較大。
2、另外酒店衞生間乾濕分離做的不夠，衹有一小扇玻璃，洗澡的時候，地上水會留到幹區馬桶附近，浴室沒有防滑墊，也沒有腳墊毛巾，非常不便。建議增加防滑墊和幹區腳墊毛巾。
3、衞生有待提高，浴室牆面地面都有白色水垢印漬。毛巾浴巾也比較舊了，有脱線和小洞，需要換新了。

房間整體乾淨整潔，環境不錯，距離機場方便，在這個位置算是不錯的酒店了，我們入住的時候還給升級了房型，行李多也會幫忙拿行李，比較滿意。建議能增加接地鐵的服務會更加分哦

房間可以，前台服務不錯，公區環境很好，早上有送機服務，就是有吸煙的住户退房後需要進行通風，那樣房間才沒有煙味。

特別不滿意，出行酒店最差的一次，宣傳網紅泳池，到了一點水沒有，周圍設施感覺很久沒用過，請不要虛假宣傳，浴缸水和尿尿一樣放了一個多小時才能泡，真的搞不明白！這樣的酒店該怎麼開的下去，真的請不要虛假宣傳了！謝謝。

服務很好，前台很變通，能高效地解決問題。酒店設計得挺好的，設施完善，但是感覺有點缺乏管理，設施有損壞並且沒有維修。價格大概100-130之間，和其他機場酒店相比還是很不錯的。
