It was an amazing stay at this hotel. The service is extremely good, starting right at check in, we were served tea, the staff brought our luggage up, provided very fast replies when we had question and they even had laundry service!! The breakfast here is soooo good. There are some options to choose from but we loved their 过桥米线. They also had afternoon tea and night time snacks :-)
The staff were very helpful and attentive. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with a TV system that has free movies as well. They even decorated our room with balloons when we entered. Location was great too.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and definitely would recommend!! It’ll be beyond your imagination!!!

Service was excellent, really showcased true Chinese hospitality. All the staff were extremely helpful and went the extra mile to help us figure out things like hiring a car and booking tickets using chinese apps which we weren’t familiar with. Complementary services like breakfast, free pu’er tea in the hotel room and dessert at night also made the trip extra enjoyable. The hotel was also located at a great spot in Kunming. Overall a 10/10 experience

Excellent service, staff are very friendly, helpful and polite and provide prompt assistance round the clock. Very good breakfast, the afternoon tea, night dessert are wonderful gesture. Hotel in a very good location, Staff helped with the luggages, very thoughtful to give a small gift at checkout. Will stay again ans highly recommend this hotel.

Great service! Hotel is located on walking street with shops and food nearby, not far from the road. Reception gave us best drop off location via WeChat/Tencent Maps. They offered to come get us when we arrived, but we had no problems finding our way.
Decor was true to photos. No elevator, so we asked for a ground floor room which they accommodated. Staff was friendly and helpful. Clear explanations of the services including tea and supper.
We had an appointment at the newly relocated TCM spinal health centre nearby, the lady walked us out to find the place and texted to make sure we were able to find our way back later. Gifted a little box of cake at checkout and walked us out into the street. Would return.

The hotel offers a pleasant visual experience, however, the absence of an elevator necessitates the assistance of the hotel staff in transporting luggage. The staff demonstrates a commendable level of helpfulness and warmth.
