We had a fantastic stay at the HUALUXE Hotel in Kunming. The hotel offers excellent service, comfortable rooms, delicious food, and a friendly atmosphere. A special thanks to Stephan, who went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. Since we don’t speak Chinese, Stephan was always there to help with any communication barriers, making sure all our needs were met. His dedication and support 24/7 truly made our experience memorable. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future!

Stayed at hualuxe for 2 nights with my family. Location is fantastic if you like greenery and close to the city. Excellent facilities. Everything can be done. My wife did a yoga session and kids enjoyed kids club. Staff is very helpful is assisting our needs. In particular Ms Poppy Cai helped us with taxi bookings and bookings. Only issue we had is a very unstable WiFi connection in the room so hence 4 star. Didn't really ask the staff to look into it so can't blame them.

Exceptional stay at HUALUXE Kunming! Friendly staff, especially Concierge Boris Zhang, who has advised us regarding our itinerary around Kunming. The photo session arranged by the hotel was a highlight of our trip. Highly recommended for a luxurious and memorable stay in Kunming!"
Note : location wise is near to Dianchi lake and Yunnan nationalities village. During weekend may have some to traffic jam around the hotel entrance.

I had a wonderful stay at HUALUXE Kunming Hotel! The hotel offers a perfect blend of elegance, comfort, and top-notch service. From the beautifully designed rooms to the excellent dining options, every aspect of my experience exceeded expectations. The hotel’s prime location and serene atmosphere made my trip even more enjoyable. A heartfelt thank you to our butler, Mia, for her exceptional service. She was incredibly attentive, professional, and always ready to assist with any requests. Her warm and thoughtful approach made me feel truly welcomed and well taken care of. The location of this hotel is excellent, very close to tourist attractions near Dianchi lake and Xishan (West mountain). Hotel staff are friendly and keen to assist. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. There are a few hot spring pools available for hotel guests to enjoy. And swimming pool, etc. I am quite happy with the stay at this hotel. Highly recommended!

Very family friendly hotel, great service, beautiful scenarios and delicious breakfast. My kid enjoyed their swimming pools and garden area so much and kept mentioning them after we left. I should also mention that the photography package came along with the hotel reservation was such an excellent deal. Our photographer 梨子 from 恒壹旅拍 was super professional and patient with kids. We are really satisfied with the experience and enjoyed the beautiful photos we got to take home with.
