We chose this hotel for a one-night stay before an early morning flight from the nearby airport. The reception staff were friendly, and one of the ladies even spoke a few words of English. Otherwise, we managed to communicate just fine using a phone translator.
The hotel is quite outdated. Our room was on the 8th floor, with old and worn-out furniture. The beds were very hard. The heating worked well. The elevator floor was sticky.
The breakfast area is large but not very pleasant. Some guests smoked during breakfast, and not all food options were available at 5:30 AM. Mostly local (Chinese) dishes.
We arranged airport transfer at check-in, and the car was waiting for us on time the next morning. The drive to the airport took about 15 minutes.
Overall, okay for a quick overnight stay, but I’d choose something better next time. The photos online made it look better than it really is.

Clean, confy beds, good breakfast, polite staff (not much English but make everything works). Great location, they will instruct you where to wait the transfer, sending clear instructions. Perfect for late arrivals (metro only until 23h), the next day you go back to the airport with the free transfer and head to Kunming by metro.

Perfect place for an overnight layover near Kunming international airport. Super comfy room, good breakfast, a nice coffee shop and noodle restaurant on the building ground floor. My room included a free breakfast and shuttle ride to airport.

We book 2 rooms for a short stay to refresh ourself before heading to airport. Service was excellent. They also have free airport transfer.

It takes about 15 minutes from Kunming Airport by hotel shuttle bus. You can use public bus, but it is difficult for foreigners. The facility is clean and comfortable.

Ultra clean, spacious and lovely room in hotel not far from airport.
Limited English spoken here so be prepared to use a translator app. I don't think they have many westerners stay here (or anywhere in Yunnan province).
Handy drop off and pick up from airport.
