A nice hotel, the room was rather spacious and clean. The receptionists can’t speak English but it didn’t cause any misunderstanding, they’re pretty friendly and helpful. The breakfast starts rather early, but the variety of food isn’t big, all in all enough to have a meal ;-)
The location is nice too, the subway station is just 5-7 mins walk. The city’s sightseeings are possible to reach on foot if you don’t mind walking. Also possible to ride a bike.

Great stay! What set this hotel apart was its high level of cleanliness, especially by daily housekeeping. A decently spacious room with good facilities. If you don't mind walking, I find this is a convenient location to nearby attractions and the subway. Would stay here again.

Well located about 5 mins walk from Exit B of Chaoxingulou metro station ( just turn right, round the corner). Better to use the lift at exit B, then turn right and walk a few minutes. Hotel has 28 floors. Daily change of towels, bottled water, tea and coffee. Breakfast was simple Chinese buffet but OK to fill you. Comfortable room, good air Cond, toiletries, towels etc. Reasonable price. Good service, happy with my stay.

Good location. Walking distance to old town. Local food easily available near by. Very near train station to travel out to different part of Kunming city and airport.
