It looks a little smaller than photos. For a group of 5, it was nice to sleep and rest in. However, we needed to shift the furniture slightly to accommodate all our luggage.
Though it was a self check-in, the staff was very responsive. We were informed via email to connect with the owner via WeChat. Her instructions to the check-in was clear, and even recommended places around to visit.
It has a nice view of the city and it was fairly convenient to get to anywhere, as the train station was a few minutes walk.

Nice little apartment right in the city of Kunming, located right opposite the big Kunming Tongde Plaza mall. Self check in went relatively smoothly but it is hard to get in contact without a China phone number. Room is nice, had lots of amenities provided but a little bit small for 5 people each with a luggage. Still a very good deal, will consider booking again!

But as a business trip, I have a lot of discomforts. First of all, there are nail salons on the floor. The corridor is still under construction. The room changed from one floor to two floors, so I couldn't even lift my arms in the room because I was so short. If you want to work, you have to turn sideways because the room is too small. Although everything is complete, we still pay attention to convenience when traveling for business. I have stayed in B&Bs in Taiyuan and Dalian before. It is no exaggeration to say that one room there is as big as at least 4 rooms above and below here.
Honestly, if I'm traveling with my friends, I don't care about this place. This is more like a party hall. If I'm traveling for work, I won't consider this place again.
