位置：酒店滇池旁邊，聽就是比較貴的住宅地段。喂海鷗很方便，吃完飯也可以在滇池旁散步。去老街20分鐘，看個人取捨。
服務：老實說，也沒舍服務提供，就是租個房子給你住，跟大理麗江那些民宿沒得比。他價錢不高不能要求有甚麼好服務。
衞生：其實房子也算打掃得乾淨，但天花板有很多蟲子跟有螞蟻，會飛那種，又會掉在床上，所以整晚都睡得不好。
設施：電視就在廳的位置，房間是沒有的。冷氣也一樣，你要開很大房間才會有冷氣，夏天就會差一點。但他有電梯，你不用提行李走樓梯。
只睡一晚，也懶得反映，反正沒下次。

此次昆明的行程就是在這家民宿圓滿結束了，真的真的非常滿意，離滇池喂海鷗是真的近，就幾步路，雖然沒有早餐，但馬路對面吃的也非常方便，小院環境非常優美，還有兩台遊戲機，適合80後懷念青春，再有，不管老闆還是工作人員，態度非常好，不管我們問什麼，都非常有耐心的回答，還有一部小電梯，雖然小，但拉行李不用愁，非常貼心，下次來昆明衹住這裏了。

非常不錯的一家民宿，老闆親和力很好，還擺了好多寶可夢，離滇池喂海鷗步行一分鐘，非常方便，沒有早餐，但吃早餐很方便，停車要收費，但也不是太貴，反正真的物超所值，超出我的預料，馬路邊有一個小門也非常方便進出，再加上昆明天氣很好，心情更好了，下次還來這裏。

房間很舒服，衞生乾淨，環境很好，服務好，離海埂看海鷗走路3分鐘，老闆人很好，本來12點退房，去對面吃野生菌菇，給我們延到3點，非常感謝！配圖就是看海鷗的景，真的是最方便的一個民宿了！

有個小庭院，老闆阿姨很熱情又温暖，老闆大叔耿直，房型寬敞、乾淨，衞生間有鏡前燈、備了一次性馬桶墊。空調給力，但這個季節的昆明依然如北方的四五月一般温暖舒適，晚上睡覺都不用開空調，衹睡前開一會就可以。房間裏貼有很多温馨小提示。最大的優點是離海埂大壩非常近，走路三分鐘丁字路口對面就是，早上七點半海鷗就起床了，喂完海鷗還趕上了八點四十昆明南的火車

別墅型小區改的民宿，連住5家民宿最滿意的一家（雖然其他家不在昆明）
1.喂海鷗非常方便，走兩步就到。
2.對面就有吃的，便宜的貴的都有，走三步就到。
3.房間面積也夠用，硬件設施也OK，房間外的環境和設施也可以。
4.停車是小區收費。

房子基礎裝修還可以，空間足夠大，2個卧室加一個客廳，離海埂大壩走路5分鐘，適合家庭出行。沒有早餐，門口過馬路後，有2家早餐店。缺點：1.衹有客廳一部空調，冬季夜晚僅有幾度，卧室偏冷；2.衞生間沒有浴霸，洗澡後很冷；3.衞生間抽風機很多灰塵，灰塵已快把風口堵滿 4.主卧的推拉門左側已壞，無法反鎖。另外，次卧臨街，次卧第一天聞到較大煙味，第二天把窗户開到最大後有改善，懷疑煙味是從次卧地毯散發的

滿意，離大壩太近了，邊門出去就是。海鷗很多，很容易喂。如果想清晨喂海鷗，避開人羣，這裡是個好選擇。一早海鷗餓着的時候，確實容易喂，半小時後就有點開始挑食了。
