Facilities: Very complete, comparable to Atour, even with a scale, the experience is great Hygiene: The newly opened hotel is very clean, and the bedding is also very good Environment: Close to the high-speed rail station, the restaurant can view the lake, the lobby environment is also very good, equipped with a coffee and snack area, very considerate. The room setting is also reasonable, with enough space. Service: Lantu Dreamer provides free pick-up and drop-off at the high-speed rail station, and the experience is full. The attitude of the clerk is also very enthusiastic, and it feels like home. Every detail can be seen that they are doing the hotel with heart, manual thumbs up👍

So this hotel is a great location for KUNMING SOUTH STATION.  Two stops on the metro then 5 minutes walk.  Loads of places to eat. (I also recommend the foot spa ladies nearby - can’t remember their shop name but look for the little wooden buckets to steam then massage your feet / just fantastic!!). Hotel Rooms are clean, spacious and quiet, no noise from the street when we visited. Good showers, hairdryer and decent Chinese breakfast. (Thank you to sweet girl in restaurant who made my breakfast noodles for me!)

Pros: - The room was new and stylish. - Had the largest TV I had ever seen in any hotel. - Hotel provides fresh fruit plate and tremella and pear dessert nightly. - bottled water and drinks available free flow from The fridge at reception desk. - bed and pillows were very comfortable, providing a good night’s rest. - about 20 min walk to the dounan flow market. - the reception kindly helped us collect our courier delivery. Cons: - room size was on the small side. There was barely space to keep 2 28” luggages open. - Our taxi had difficulty finding the location of the hotel even with the address provided and using baidu map. - we arrived at 11+pm and there was no one at the reception. The booking stated that reception was open 24hrs thus we did not make arrangement to notify about our arrival time. There was a signage that states that we could call a local mobile number to reach the staff. However, as our e-sim only had data and no talktime, we were unable to contact them, nor add them to WeChat. Eventually, fortunately a fellow hotel guest stepped out of their room and was kind enough to help us make a call to contact the reception. Overall a good experience.

The hotel is very new and has no peculiar smell. The room is very bright and the sound insulation is very good, which is something I care about very much. I slept very well at night. The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic and provided good service. We went to Kunming South Railway Station for two days, and the hotel provided free drop-off service, which was very considerate. The prices in the off-season are also very attractive. This hotel is very cost-effective and highly recommended to everyone!

Staff: The hotel staff is attentive amazing n superb. Even though they cant converse in english, we communicate thru google translate and they can attend to our concerns and give fast response. They go through extra mile to answer all your queries. While in the room we converse via trip.com platform Hotel room: New Beautiful clean smart house loft. All 2 rooms are on the 2nd level. Fit my family of 4 adults. Each bedroom has 1 double bed which is big can fit 2 medium sized adults. 1st level has a toilet and big sofa can use as bed too. Night view is nice when all the buildings infront lighted up. 2 tvs one on 1st level and second one at the main bedroom. All are chinese programmes. It be good if the hotel can have some english speaking programmes or movies. Unit comes with washing machine but not dryer. There is a self serving laundry at 26th floor for guest use that comes with ironing facilities, dryer and washing machine. Location: There are few malls around but we didnt have time to explore all. Visit Laoyuhue wetland park (20mins drive). It was crowded but huge park. everyone has space for photoshoots and photography. Beautiful lake and yellow trees with seagulls. Took lots of pictures here. We went to visit Kunming Chenggong huihuiying mosque(20mins car ride) and meet the friendly muslim community there. We tried the flavorful muslim local beef noodles. Bought big bag of delicious caramel popcorn from a streetvendor. Amenities: At level b1 has a huge new supermarket. U cn get ur groceries here. Complimentary drop off The hotel was nice to provide us a free drop off to Kunming South railway( 15mins drive). Its not a normal car. In fact its the inhouse limousine for inhouse guest. Amazing. Note: the lift is a shared lift with other tenants and other hotel guests. Jun’an hotel units are on the top floor 26th and 27th floor

We decided to pass through Kunming on a self-driving tour. Most hotels were fully booked, so booking here was a pleasant surprise. It had just opened, was very new and clean, and was converted from a whole villa. It was very cost-effective, especially for a family trip, booking one floor was the most cost-effective. The boss also gave us homemade flower cakes, which was very thoughtful. The housekeeper introduced the local attractions and tips worth visiting. I will choose it again next time I come to Kunming.
