老闆的民宿離澱山湖風景區非常近，開車大概10分鐘左右。裝修很新，用材精緻，衞生打掃的乾淨，值得一住！離澱山湖樂營國際營地一步之遙，帶小朋友或者團建都可以來這裏！

民宿很新，裝修材料很好，特別是卡啦OK音響設備很好，雖然周邊環境不怎麼樣，但是民宿整體很舒適，就是開了地暖，不能同時開空調，春節幾天爆冷，底樓兩個房間還是蠻冷嗖嗖的。整個體驗感很好，值得推薦

1、 離澱山湖景區比較近，開車10分鐘左右
2、民宿周邊比較安靜，北面是百畝桃園，東側一條小河，視野開闊
3、鄉村民宿，室內娛樂設施豐富，如果周邊能成片開發會更好
4、室內裝修新，潔具龍頭，床墊均採用星級標準配備
5、衞生打掃的很乾凈

差評，不推薦，差評不推薦，差評不推薦！民宿相對酒店不外是風土人情的代表，房東的安排起到決定作用，第一次這麼差的民宿體驗，房東因為我們沒有租賃整棟，各種不讓用，做飯不行，我們吃火鍋還要求必須自己洗乾淨，KTV説不讓用還要加錢，打個桌球🎱一會就出來説聲音太大，還不停要求我們孩子小聲，更離譜的是有個泳池提高價格，結果來了空的，我們自己打掃不説還不捨的放水，這麼高的房價太無語。早餐更別説了，拿出放了若干天的紅薯和小饅頭，我們多一個小孩盡然連多一個雞蛋還猶猶豫豫，房間5個人拿了3瓶水，讓送幾瓶完全沒有回話，衞生打掃的極差，房間拐角還有蜘蛛網，被子全是灰塵，和多久沒有打掃一樣，最不推薦的是房間，衞生間都是開放透明的，及其不方便，總之各位夥伴，千萬別去，bu推薦

老闆挺熱情的，但性價比太差，不值得。 1、房間隔音太差了，一樓桌球桌的聲音、小孩滿樓跑叫的聲音一清二楚； 2、房間賊小，衹送兩瓶免費水，多了要付錢； 3、周圍沒有特色的風景，對面還有樓在裝修； 4、早餐也很簡單，每人一碗粥一個蛋兩個紅薯一塊紅糖饅頭一個小的豆沙包一塊沙琪瑪一根火腿腸幾個西梅一盒牛奶； 5、發票衹能開餐飲，不能開住宿；

差評！！！是住的民宿裏最差的一個，沒有之一。老闆娘永遠吊著一張臉，娛樂設施這不能用那不能用。臟：泳池臟。落了厚厚的灰和樹葉，很久沒用過的樣子。老闆娘也不想讓用。實在沒辦法才開始放水，為了小孩子健康，衞生是我們自己清理的，結果水放到膝蓋位置，老闆娘把水龍頭關了，她認為可以了。卧室臟：家庭套房裡的榻榻米櫃子一層灰，放衣服拿起來都是灰，窗簾一拉都在掉灰，牆上蜘蛛在爬，我看評價軟裝都是品牌的，再好的東西一大層灰，也實在是住不下去，嚴重和好評不符。亂：KTV房間在三樓，兩邊還有客房，想唱KTV的朋友不能來，況且老闆也不讓唱，我們後來堅持要唱，三樓的住户和我們一起唱，老闆已經不滿意的拉長了臉。差：服務極其差，娛樂設施就是個擺設，孩子在一樓打桌球老闆覺得吵，説10點以後不要打。早點也差，我們7人老闆準備6個雞蛋，説攜程上寫的6人，那一個是小朋友啊～一個雞蛋都不願意出的老闆，扣到什麼程度？老闆娘的行為讓我體會到了：花錢買罪受。如果為了給自己行程添堵可以選這家民宿。

帶父母入住過中秋，鬧中取靜之處，離樂營澱山湖國際營地很近，周圍有果園，一條村道走起來頗有意境，房間乾淨整潔，不同於一般鄉村民宿，現代設施頗為齊備，團建應該也不錯，還有桌球可以打…老闆娘也是熱情周到，
