Usually I prefer Westin and Shangri-La Hotel... This is my first time staying at Hualuxe Hotel. I've had afternoon tea at Hualuxe Hotel on Hengshan Road and knew the environment was good, so I avoided the peak hours during Labor Day and came to Huaqiao to find a hotel to stay for two nights. The room was very spacious and the decoration was in the style we like, grand and upscale. The customer service capper Huang Ziyang's service was just right. He looked very smart when he was working, thumbs up 👍. The hotel has convenient transportation, ample parking spaces, and can be reached directly by subway if you don't drive.

The hotel facilities are very new, the sanitation is very good, the design of the bathroom separation of dry and wet is very user-friendly, bathing, toileting, and washing face do not affect each other, very convenient. The shower room has a large amount of water and the water is very hot; In addition to shampoo and shower gel, the shower room also has conditioner, which greatly facilitates long-haired girls; in addition to hand sanitizer and moisturizer on the washbasin. Hotel breakfast is also OK, although during the Spring Festival (2024.2.10~2024.2.17) provides simple food such as eggs, milk, bread, noodles, wontons, but for us, we can eat enough. The male waiter at the front desk was very polite and gentleman, and the service awareness was very good. Not only did the room type upgrade (from the small room on the 5th floor to the large room on the 7th floor), but also provided some delicious and fun messages in Kunshan. The master who cooks noodles in the breakfast room provides a very high-quality service. In addition to asking us whether we want noodles or wontons, we also ask if we want poached eggs and Wowotou. This is a service that a five-star hotel may not be able to do. I ate noodles. It feels better than the Ozao noodles at the Fengnoodle Restaurant on Luohe North Road. When you meet a waiter who is doing hygiene in the corridor, you will take the initiative to smile. From the front desk to the restaurant to the guest room, all the staff provided warm and meticulous service, so that guests felt the warmth of home, very warm heart, have the opportunity to come to Kunshan will continue to stay.

Stayed one more night and ate the black truffle chicken chop noodles at Su Noodle House. Tea was served as soon as we sat down. We ordered the red soup noodles with Pu'er soft-boiled eggs. The chicken chop tasted quite good when cut. Su Noodle House is on the first floor of Huayu. It is very quiet inside. There is also Suzhou Pingtan in the store. The environment is also good. I recommend everyone to eat there (see the 6th to 8th pictures for details). Whether it is a holiday or Huayu, for the safety of the guests, takeout is not allowed to be delivered upstairs. They are all placed in the takeout cabinet downstairs of Huayu. It is also very convenient to take it. This is not a big problem. Because the twin room I stayed in only had a stool and no sofa, I asked the room service to send a stool (the last picture), and we drank water very quickly, so we asked the room service to send water several times. They were very friendly and the auntie would deliver it immediately. I will stay here again next time if I have the chance, and I will also try to stay in Huayu.

The location is easy to find, there are many delicious foods downstairs, the service attitude is very good, the hygiene and environment are good, the breakfast is also very delicious, it is a very good stay experience, I will come again next time.
