I recently stayed at this hotel and was very pleased with my overall experience. The space and environment of the hotel make people feel comfortable, and you feel like you are back home as soon as you enter the room. Although the location is a little far away, it is very quiet and allows me to relax well from my busy life. The hotel staff is also very considerate. Thank you to the room attendant (Shiso) for providing many small surprises, which made me feel their care for the guests. I would especially like to thank them for allowing me to check out late when I was not feeling well, so that I could have a good rest. I had a great stay. I was upgraded to a massive suite, which was lovely. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was busy, but there were helpful signs with advice about the best time to go during the holiday. I did struggle to sleep the first night, as fireworks went off until gone 1.30am but that’s not the hotel’s fault. Worth keeping in mind though if you’re looking to stay there during CNY. Location is otherwise nice, with a lake opposite the hotel which is nice to walk around.

The male waiter at the front desk was very polite and gentleman, and the service awareness was very good. Not only did the room type upgrade (from the small room on the 5th floor to the large room on the 7th floor), but also provided some delicious and fun messages in Kunshan. The master who cooks noodles in the breakfast room provides a very high-quality service. In addition to asking us whether we want noodles or wontons, we also ask if we want poached eggs and Wowotou. This is a service that a five-star hotel may not be able to do. I ate noodles. It feels better than the Ozao noodles at the Fengnoodle Restaurant on Luohe North Road. When you meet a waiter who is doing hygiene in the corridor, you will take the initiative to smile. From the front desk to the restaurant to the guest room, all the staff provided warm and meticulous service, so that guests felt the warmth of home, very warm heart, have the opportunity to come to Kunshan will continue to stay.

The hotel is located in Huaqiao New District, very close to Suzhou Metro Line 11, just a few minutes walk to the subway. Next to the hotel are real estate, the flow of people is very large. The room is big enough, all dry and wet are separated, and the hygiene is quite clean. It may be that there are too many people to eat. The supply is in short supply. Just a dish, it is gone at once. Even the bowl is too late to supply. I didn’t eat the simple meal at night. There were white fungus and porridge for supper.

The hotel is next to the subway, which is convenient for travel. The rooms are clean and sanitary. There are computers in the lobby for office use. The front desk staff is very friendly and provides guidance. Breakfast is on the second floor, and there is a self-service laundry room, which is very convenient for business trips and travel.

The hotel staff was friendly and efficient. The room was very clean and fresh smelling when entering. Everything was clean and I will recommend this hotel to friends and family. Due to the efficient and cleaniness I always come back here when on business.

房間很大，很乾凈整潔，全季該有的都有，大年三十的凌晨收留了我們，這裏要吐槽一下崑山的知名網紅樓裏的民宿，因為朋友家就在網紅樓遊站未來城的對面，為了方便訂了遊站民宿，晚上回到民宿準備洗澡，沒有淋浴房沒有浴簾乾濕不分離，電熱水器的水忽冷忽熱，空調不給力，洗澡洗的快要凍僵，洗了三分之一整個衞生間淋浴間就已經水漫金山，兩個人洗完估計房間都會被淹了，這時候要求退房，大年三十的凌晨三點，還好這家全季有房間，給了快凍僵的我們一個温暖的地方，第二天一早全季的大廳裏還準備了春聯可以自己寫好，店員暖心的幫忙包裝帶回家 當晚取消了遊站未來城的民宿，沒有機會點評這家破爛不堪民宿，很不好意思在全季這裏佔用空間點評，只是為了真實的反映，別讓更多的人被遊站民宿的照片欺騙，照片跟現實差距巨大，實景實物簡直沒法看，千萬不要上當受騙，最終民宿老闆還不願全額退款，沒有擔當就是欺騙人 下次還是選擇全季放心，安全，有擔當
