During non-peak sesson, it's really a very serene and quiet town. This hotel is really a luxury hotel, good amenties, clean and good customer service staff who knows many languages.

We were greeted warmly at the front desk by Taito (cute Japanese boy who speaks good english with a Thai accent! I mean this as a compliment). Was pleasantly surprised when he allowed us to check in even though we were 2 hours early. Shortly after entering our room, Taito personally knocked on the door to give us some items which my parents requested. He was also standing out there in the bright sun to say goodbye when we were loading our luggages into the rental car after checking out. I rate Taito's service and attitude: 5 Stars!!! Room had a kitchen with full set of appliances, utensils and crockery. Fridge had drinks, juices, milk, butter, jam, and even sausages for cooking. And there was a basket with cereal, apples, banana and 2 loaves of bread for our breakfast needs. Overall, this was a very nice and enjoyable stay. The only gripe I have is that the hotel did not allow me to make any change to my dates (not sure why as it was late April and not peak ski-ing season), even though I offered to make another booking first before cancelling(have done this sort of arrangement with other hotels in Hokkaido so I know it's possible). It would have been perfect if the hotel can offer some flexibility to their guests. After all, plans do change due to various reasons. Hope to be back in future and see that they're more flexible the next time round. Till then, thank you and cheers =)

We got upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite, very nice room with kitchen facilities and breakfast food provided. The size of this Hotel Room is big and comfortable. I would recommend this Hotel to my friend.

Taito Was Very Helpful. With The Taxi From Suporo. And. Transport To Hokkaido. But. Some. Of The Females. At Front Desk. Treated Me. Inappropriately. As Hotel Staff.

Yvonne and colleagues were all very cheerful and always ready to offer assistance. Very clean and great scent throughout the ground floor and check in lobby. Free ride up to Gondola saved us energy climbing all the way up. Much appreciated for the complimentary upgrade to bedroom suite with city view. As the first stop of our honeymoon trip, my wife and I were delighted and already missing the restful experience!

Very good. Good a**osphere, very beautiful view, very comfortable. There are Thai housekeepers, Thai employees and Thai managers who communicate easily. I feel at ease staying here. Anyway, I'll definitely come again, but when I look at the schedule during the high season, there aren't any rooms available, so I'm secretly sad. Near the entrance to the ski slopes, there is a shuttle ❤️❤️❤️

Ski transfer is very convenient, late check-out is very humane

It's very close to the ski resort, the room is fully equipped, and it's very convenient to go shopping! The scenery outside the window is super beautiful

The front desk staff were friendly and courteous when checking in, and you can park your car for free. Breakfast is provided every other day during your stay, including milk, juice, cola, toast, cereal...etc. Super considerate hotel. I also like the facilities in the room. I will stay here next time I come to Niseko!

My daughter stayed there and said it was good and she would go there again next time

The room is spacious, well-equipped, and has a shuttle service to the ski resort, which is quite convenient

The sheets and duvet covers were separated, making it very uncomfortable to sleep on.

I've used it several times this off-season. Thank you for your consideration such as early check-out and late-out. It was difficult to deal with the front desk staff who couldn't speak Japanese (lol)
