The hotel service is warm, attentive and thoughtful. I am also very satisfied with the room. It has a large space, a washing machine, and sufficient heating. It faces Mount Yotei. Unfortunately, it was foggy when we were there. The food tastes good, the ingredients are fresh, and the steak is cooked just right. I am satisfied with my stay.

Very comfortable small hotel. It's not very convenient to go out. The hotel has a car to take you to the city center and make an appointment to pick you up back to the hotel. The environment is very quiet, the scenery is good, and the hot spring water is very good.

The hotel is located 2.7 kilometers from the ski resort, and there is a special car to and from the ski resort. The hotel service is great. It is a butler-style service, and a dedicated Chinese-speaking butler was arranged for us. The room was also very comfortable, and the view outside the window was so beautiful. It was very quiet and beautiful to take a bath in the room and look at the snowy scene outside the window. We stayed for three days and two nights, including breakfast and dinner each day. Dinner was Japanese food and French food, both of which were exquisite. We didn't eat the last breakfast, so the hotel gave each of us a pair of exquisite wooden chopsticks. The whole experience was great!

The wisest choice when coming to Niseko this time is to book this hotel, whose Chinese name is Leshui Mountain. The best hotel I stayed at when I came to ski this time. It has Chinese service and also provides shuttles between ski resort hotels. It’s very good. The room types are also very good and there are a variety of breakfasts. I highly recommend this hotel for skiing! ! ! ! ! !

Not far from HIRAFU Welcome Center, it takes more than 10 minutes by car to reach the hotel. We first contacted the hotel by email and asked them to send a car to pick us up at the Welcome Center (and then asked them to drive us to Kutchan Station). There are very few rooms in the hotel, so there is no need to wait for check-in, check-out and breakfast. Every staff member is very friendly and polite.  The safety bath in the room is first-class, and it is very comfortable for two adults plus one and two children. You can see Mount Yotei from the room, living room and dining room, which is very beautiful. However, it snowed heavily during the two days we were here, so we didn't have much time to see the mountain view.

The only drawback is that not every ski resort can pick up and drop off.

A typhoon hit us on our way home, so we couldn't afford to take time off from work, so when we got discouraged and asked the hotel to cancel, we were told that they couldn't even take responsibility for the trip home, and that we would have to pay a high cancellation fee for the peak season. became. At other hotels, we were told that we would not charge cancellation fees due to typhoons, but this hotel was merciless to its guests. I felt that this is an inn that puts profit first, and I can see how they take full responsibility for their guests even in the event of a natural disaster such as a typhoon. If that's the case, then you go to stay overnight, and even if you get involved in an accident due to a rainstorm on the way home, or if you get stranded because the transportation network is paralyzed, it's easy to see why the customer would be responsible for all the losses. When I go there, I truly think that hotels such as Chalet Ivy and Zaborin are as expected. They say they think from the customer's perspective and do not charge any cancellation fees due to natural disasters. As expected, first-class hotels are different.

I stayed for the consecutive holidays in October. When you enter the hotel, you can see Mt. Yotei beautifully in front of the lounge, which is a masterpiece. It is a small inn with 18 rooms. There are two types of guest rooms, Yama no Ma and Mizu no Ma, and this time we stayed in the Mizu no Ma. There was a semi-open-air hot spring between the bedroom, living room, and tatami mats. My impression was that it was spacious and had a lot of closets. However, since it was the room on the Mt. Yotei side, which was the furthest from the main building, the view of Mt. Yotei from the room was subtle because it was a low-rise building. The open-air bath is large enough for 2 to 3 people, and it is a luxury. I was also impressed with the food this time. I ate at the iron plate counter and Japanese cuisine (Japanese cuisine counter) instead of the dining room on both days, but I was surprised that there were two counters at a ryokan of this size. The teppanyaki was delicious, but the Japanese food was very high quality and I was able to enjoy a meal that I can't easily find in the city. It is impression that quantity of breakfast is few (because there are many elderly visitors?) if we say forcibly. I have stayed at Zaborin, Park Hyatt Niseko, Ritz-Carlton Reserve Niseko and this area in the past, but this is my favorite accommodation in this area.
