Thx to the caring staff of four point flex by sheraton. I left something very important in the hotel room and checked out. And the staff is very helpful to find it for me and let me collect it at the counter.

Lovely front desk staff. However, keep in mind this is a hotel under a big brand name and it’s Japan, so there are limits to what they can do due to rules. Generally though a really easy and lovely stay. Many basic amenities that keep you comfortable enough — you control your room temperature and the window can open. They keep things clean. They have solid bathroom and tea/coffee amenities that you can add to downstairs. There’s pretty ok tea. The coffee machine downstairs upgraded to a good one during my stay, and I’m continuously seeing improvements, so they’re not just sitting back after opening less than a year ago (on that note — glad to see the coffee bags, but how about getting some nice local ones through collaboration with a local cafe? Current ones could do with a significant upgrade…). Keep in mind there’s no restaurant and no real lounge. I think this is currently the biggest downside, as the rooms are quite small. Fine for one, but for more it would be rather too cosy to do more than sleep. So for one long stays are great, for two would only do short ones where you’re happy to always eat out.
