Cleanliness: Spotless and tidy. Ambiance: Quiet and peaceful. Service: Warm and enthusiastic. Facilities: Convenient and smart. Breakfast: Rich and varied. The only downside: Too few washing machines. There were only four, and two were out of order. We had to queue to wash clothes, and there were no laundry bags, so you had to carry your clothes to and from the machines yourself.

Booked 3 nights here, and received an upgraded room. Walking distance between stations. near to Gion and all other attractions point. Great hospitality.

The quad room is advertised for four but only allows three guests; I had to pay an extra 300+ RMB at the hotel for the fourth person 🌚. The environment is typical of a hotel, and the windows in both rooms don't open, which makes it very quiet 🌚.

Facilities: Very complete! There's even a mini-fridge in the room, which is super practical. The bathroom facilities are also great and clean. Cleanliness: Very clean, very clean, very clean (can't emphasize enough!) Environment: The environment is also very good, and they even upgraded my room for free~ Service: First-class service, the front desk staff were very patient, and there's occasionally a Chinese-speaking front desk staff member popping up, haha. This trip to Kyoto, this hotel was truly satisfying, especially after the autumn foliage season – the value for money was incredible. It was very comfortable for one person, and I don't think it would be too cramped for two. The room is small but has everything you need. It's really, really clean and very safe. Toiletries can be self-service, and the quality is excellent. Also, getting around from here is convenient. There's a bus stop right outside, and it's not far to Shijo Kawaramachi, Kamo River, and Kiyomizu-dera. There's also a direct bus to Kinkaku-ji. If you don't have too much luggage, walking to Kyoto Station isn't a problem, it's not far. There's a 7-Eleven and a Fresco supermarket nearby, and opposite the 7-Eleven is a Nakau, which I think is open very late or 24/7, I forget. Oh! The hotel also has an ice machine and a microwave, which is really nice.

Very professional and friendly staff. Everthing was explained clearly but simple. Location of hotel is good as we like to explore by foot. Hotel Amenities is replenished daily. Room is clean daily . Room size is as expected . Not too small.. Breakfast spread is good. Four mains dishes varies daily . Plenty of restaurants around , serving both local and international menus. 7/11 is just a mere three minutes walk away.. There is a MRT station within a 15 minute leisure walk . Overall experience from Check-in to Check-Out , two thumbs up.. Highly recommend to try out this hotel.

The front desk service was good, and we even got a room upgrade. The breakfast was decent, and the in-room facilities were quite nice. The location is excellent, making it very convenient to get around.

The room was small, but it had everything one could need. It was compact yet exquisite, even providing facial towels, small hand towels, and face cream—truly thoughtful service. It's very conveniently located, just a 16-minute walk from Gojo subway station. Shijo Daimaru and Nishiki Market are also about a 15-minute walk away. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit. I loved it.

Excellent! It's very close to Kiyomizu-dera Temple, Sannenzaka, and Kamo River, and the surroundings are very quiet. The breakfast was plentiful. This is the best hotel I've stayed at during my trip to Japan.

Family trip, had to queue up to do laundry in the middle of the night, and it was super crowded. Getting anywhere was quite inconvenient; it was walk, walk, and more walking. I'd suggest staying near the CBD for much easier access to everything.

Convenient location and secure luggage storage. It was crowded during the autumn foliage season, but the service was very thoughtful. There were also sticky notes for writing messages, and map booklets available on the first floor, which was a nice bonus!

The hotel is good, my only complaint is why there was a group of staff having a meeting in the hallway around 9 AM... it was very noisy... I don't understand why. The breakfast was varied and refreshed daily. Oh, and it's less than a 10-minute walk to each of the different subway stations, which isn't ideal if you're dragging a suitcase.

Very nice location, can walk to Kiyomizu dera, and close to public train station. Big room compare to usually hotel in Japan and Staff is very polite. Will come back if travel to Kyoto again.

The room was very clean. I would consider staying here again next time I visit.
