This place was perfect for our family of four! The location was great, with tourist spots like Sensoji Temple and Tokyo Skytree within walking distance. It was also super convenient for getting around the city, being close to Kuramae subway station and a 7-Eleven.
Even though we didn't use the induction cooktop, there's a spot for simple cooking, and you can even request a toaster. They had everything we needed – dishes, cutlery, a microwave, and a surprisingly big fridge, haha! It was so convenient that if you left used towels outside after 9 PM, they'd be replaced with fresh ones for everyone when you got back from sightseeing.
The spacious layout with a table was great for late-night snacks or a quick breakfast. Having two bathrooms was a huge plus, and it definitely helped us get ready and out the door quicker in the mornings. The bedding was comfortable, and our kids loved it! Oh, and the reading light and mood lighting above the bed were so nice and subtle.
We were on the 7th floor, and it was lovely to wake up and see the neighborhood through the large window. After a full day of sightseeing and exploring, it felt like coming home to a peaceful space, which made it even better.
Ah, and there's a highly-rated bagel shop right nearby that I was sad we didn't get to try. There was also a bakery cafe and a small grocery store next door, but we always got back late and they were already closed, haha. Anyway, the location and condition are excellent! Highly recommend for a family of four!

We had a fantastic stay at Richmond Hotel Premier Asakusa International. The location is unbeatable — it’s just steps from Asakusa Station and only a short walk to Senso-ji Temple, Nakamise Street, and many great restaurants and shops. It made exploring the area so easy and enjoyable throughout my trip.
The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful from check-in to check-out, always greeting us with a smile and quick to assist with any questions.
My room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, and I loved that amenities like high-speed Wi-Fi and thoughtful touches made the stay feel relaxing and convenient.
The breakfast buffet had a huge variety of delicious options, so it was a great way to start each day before sightseeing.
Overall, this hotel strikes a perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and warm service, and I would happily stay here again on future trips to Tokyo.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, just a few minutes' walk to Senso-ji Temple. Right across the street, there's a Matsuya, 7-Eleven, a pharmacy, Don Quijote, and Uniqlo. Crucially, there are many subway stations nearby, making it easy to get anywhere. Plus, the hotel next door offers a shuttle bus service to Narita and Haneda Airports, which was a huge relief for us traveling with luggage. Alternatively, you can walk to the subway station and take the airport express.

Absolutely loved my stay here. The hotel was clean, quiet, and really well maintained. There are actually two buildings under the same hotel name, about five minutes apart, so make sure you’re booked into Hotel 11‑1 or 11‑2 for the best experience.
One really convenient feature is the laundry setup — you can wash your clothes in the machine, and then use the shower room as a drying space. It takes around eight hours, but it works well and saves you the trouble of finding a laundromat.
The place has pretty much everything you need, making the stay super comfortable. I’d definitely consider coming back next time!

Facilities: The room size is quite generous. There's a spacious hallway upon entering, so even with our two large suitcases and a stroller, it didn't feel cramped. The toilet and washbasin are in separate areas, and in addition to a shower, there's also a bathtub. The room is well-equipped with a hairdryer, refrigerator, kettle, and air purifier. The dedicated floor has a microwave, ice maker, coin-operated washer and dryer, and a 24-hour gym. Plus, there are complimentary snacks and drinks available on the 10th floor, making it incredibly convenient and excellent value for money.
Environment: It's very close to Senso-ji Temple, and there's an OK Supermarket right across from the hotel, where prices are about half of what you'd find at a convenience store. There are tons of dining options nearby, and it's super close to Senso-ji Temple.
For getting around, you can take the TX Tsukuba Line two stops to Akihabara and then transfer to the Yamanote Line to reach major shopping districts. Alternatively, you can walk a bit further to Tawaramachi Station for the Ginza Line. The main hotel building, right across the street, offers Limousine Bus service to Haneda and Narita airports. However, the schedule isn't very frequent, and the Haneda route isn't direct, stopping at a few other hotels, which makes the journey longer than taking the Asakusa Line. The upside is you don't have to drag your luggage all the way to Asakusa subway station.

I spent the last two nights of my Japan trip in Osaka, and I have to say, this place was perfect for my needs. The location was incredibly convenient—the subway station was literally right downstairs, which made getting around the city a breeze. Plus, there was a fantastic bar nearby serving up some delicious ramen, which was a great way to unwind after a day of sightseeing.
What really made my stay stand out, though, were the staff. They were super friendly and always willing to go the extra mile. I had a minor leg injury from my time in Tokyo and asked if I could switch to a lower bunk when I arrived. The receptionist was so understanding and quickly made the change for me, which made a big difference.
The unit itself was really clean, and I loved the closet space they had. It’s a small detail, but I’ve stayed at plenty of hostels where luggage ends up scattered everywhere, so I really appreciated that everything had its own place. It made the whole room feel more organized and spacious.
I’d definitely recommend this place to fellow solo travelers looking to spend a few days in Osaka, or even groups of friends who are planning to stay a bit longer. It’s got everything you need for a comfortable stay and then some. Definitely a solid choice in this vibrant city!

The hotel is 3 minute walk from the Tawaramachi metro station, which is only 1 stop from Asakusa and 2 stops to Ueno. We checked-in ourselves with the virtual staff, which is quite fun as we can choose who to ”serve” us. The public area offers comics, claw machine and even clothing vacuum machine (at a cost). The room size is reasonable for its price, and everything is clean. It offers all the utensils we need and there is even a LG Styler in the room. It is super useful especially after we had yakiniku and the Styler could efficiently clean / dry our clothes. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.

The hotel is a bit far from some main station but there is a lot of spots to look by during walking to the station. A walkable distance to senso ji temple. Many great restaurants nearby. The hotel provides some simple treats and coffee machine at the check in floor. Overall this is a great deal. Will be back in next visit.

The hotel is located near Senso-ji Temple, and you can see Tokyo Skytree and the Five-Storied Pagoda from the window – so naturally, it's quite busy. Having an onsen is a nice bonus, and it has all the basic amenities you'd expect. You can't really ask for too much space in central Tokyo. They even offer small ice lollies after the onsen. Breakfast was pretty good too, and if you're hungry after 9:30 PM, they'll even serve you a bowl of noodles. The room's design is quite practical. I stayed for two nights, and even though I didn't hang the 'please clean' sign, they didn't even enter the room to empty the trash, just left a bag of towels on the door.

Great
Conveniently located between Shinjuku and Yoyogi station, easy to travel to many places of interest, near a few shopping malls and supermarkets, convenience stores and cafes, so grabbing a quick bite or buying local produce is fussfree All the staff at the hotel are courteous and helpful. The room size for a centrally located Tokyo hotel is considered big at 26 sqm. Overall a very satisfied stay. Will return on our next visit
Great spot to spend your nights when you’re in Tokyo! Room is not very spacious but it’s enough if you’re not spending a lot of time here during the day.
Thank MIYU During my trip to Japan, I stayed at this hotel. The front desk staff, MIYU (an intern), left a very deep impression on me. I arrived at the hotel earlier than the check-in time, and my English is not very good. However, MIYU could already understand what I wanted to say before I finished my sentence. This shows that she truly understands the needs of customers and is very empathetic. She is also very familiar with all aspects of the hotel’s operations and answered my questions patiently. Her attitude and work performance are truly commendable, and she made me feel very welcomed. I am very grateful for her help.
Great stay at this hotel! Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and excellent amenities. The location was convenient, close to popular attractions. Breakfast had a wide variety of options. Overall, a wonderful experience and would highly recommend to others. Will definitely return on my next visit to the city. Highly satisfied!
Stayed for 3 nights. Location was easy to find. Room is clean. Toilet and shower is clean with all the necessities needed. Breakfast is also good. Recommended!
Great location, great service ! We had an early check in at 1pm and we are so glad with this service, we off load all our luggage right away and explored the heart of shinjuku. This area is safe and convenient for night city explorer, the roof top bar offers great view for us to enjoy our drinks. Will definitely come back and recommend to friends.
I liked this place. A pretty standard classic capsule hotel: sizeable capsule with a console, daily turnover service, large shower and onsen room with an attached steam room. Service was good: they have an army of twinks working there after hours, it was like being checked in by BTS. All issues I had with my capsule (broken lightbulb) were addressed quickly and cheerfully. Sometimes it kinda seemed like they were laughing at a few of the foreign guests, but you know what, fair. This place is kinda rules heavy, with lots of notices posted around the property. There is no eating or drinking in the capsules, and instead you have to go to this common area that feels a bit like a hospice for abandoned uncles. Vending machines, manga library, smoking cubicles, that sorta thing. Clean and tidy though, equal numbers of dudes using it for remote working and day drinking (I have a feeling that some ppl live in this place). They have the usual elaborate system of lockers and keys, but they will store your luggage for you while you are out. No need to check out in the day. Overall a chill experience. While I was staying there though some dude did have a mini breakdown about what he saw as it's shortcomings, so I just wanted to comment on that. According to him the place was disgusting. He was especially perturbed by the housekeeping service and the showers. His claim was the the toilets were dirty and that it was unacceptable to fold bedsheets on the floor. Mind you, he was having this rant at 10:30 - checkout is at 10:00, meaning that a whole stampede of airport-bound weebs had just taken spicy ramen fuelled power dumps so they could get out of there on time. Most of the day the facilities were pretty spotless in my opinion. In regards to folding the bedsheets on the floor, I dunno what in the Disney princess he was expecting, but there really isn't anywhere else to do it. I think it's unreasonable to expect little doves to come fly your linens into your capsule tbh. The capsules are literally on... the floor! What do you want? His overall complaint that the space was generally messy was a lot more valid. At this point I had a suspicion that they kind of segregated foreigners from Japanese customers. It's true, that the foreign floor was a bit of a tip - luggage thrown around, empty bottles everywhere, garbage. I went up to the Japanese floors to snoop around a bit. Spotless. (Pictures of both included for comparison) In this case I think the call is coming from inside the capsule, not really fair to hold the staff accountable to your own messy manners. His final gripe was about the showers - specifically the lack of private cubicles. Private cubicles were not advertised anywhere and Japanese onsens are pretty standardly communal spaces, so again I dunno what he wanted. Maybe a shower, with a curtain? Maybe a shower with a door? Maybe a shower with a psychic forcefield that would make his ex girlfriends forget his underwhelming junk and prevent his father from behind disappointed in him? I'm not sure. But I guess the dozen shower stations with soap, shampoo, and face wash weren't cutting it. In fact a lot of the Western guests seemed pretty pranged out by the shower situation, waiting until like two am to wash up and then scurrying around the baths with a hand towel infront of their package like a little purse. If you regret going bald, that's on you. Kinda silly, but if you are bashful maybe this also isn't the hotel for you. Unreasonable though to blame the establishment for you own shame. Anyway, that's all to say the worst part of my stay was for sure the ranting and raving from an unshowered backpacker while I was trying to have a lie in. Otherwise a pretty decent stay.
Well located near a train station, with a famous fox temple nearby and good local food.. checkin and checkout process was easy and seamless.. beds were clean and comfortable, with free ear plugs provided toilets were closed for cleaning from 10am to 4pm.. this seems like the standard for most hostels/ capsule places.. they had a small foyer for regular folks but its not too big and sometimes crowded
Location: Situated in the heart of Ueno, it is within a short walk of JR Ueno Station, Okachimachi Station, and Ueno Park. It is especially convenient for those arriving from Narita via the Keisei Skyliner.
