The room and pool are nice, general athmosphere is good. It is located at a junction with a few small shops. It is not really near anything. If you don't have a car, you would have to take a Grab to everywhere. My room was booked without breakfast and it seems they only provide breakfast if there are other rooms who have booked breakfast. Otherwise, no breakfast available and there are not really any restaurants nearby just a small roti place. So I liked the hotel itself, but if you don't have a car, the location is not so good.
The lady behind the reception is very nice, the man might need a few hospitaluty classes.

A big shout out to the team crews of Ritz carlton, especially Sanjanna for helping me with the check in check out and also for the surprise set up for villa check in for my wife. She and the children were shock when the whole team manage to pull off a surprise for her. And big thank you to Kundang for attending to all my request during our stay. We had a un forgetful experience. The beach, the private pool, the kids club, the programs the team manage to comes uo with, even for kids to be occupied. Its a 5/5 rating for sure. Even my children age 3 and 5 can feel it and told me “ this is the besttt hotel, EVER”

ทำเลของโรงแรมก็ดี อยู่ใจกลางเมืองกัวห์ เดินทางสะดวก ใกล้ร้านอาหาร ตลาด และแหล่งช้อปปิ้ง ทำให้ทริปนี้สะดวกสบายมากขึ้นไปอีก

We recently stayed here with my wife, and we absolutely loved it. It's a quiet place where you can truly relax. Our room was very comfortable and clean. Every morning, we enjoyed delicious breakfasts, and there was also a buffet with drinks, fruits, and other tasty treats. The staff is very responsive and friendly, genuinely dedicated to ensuring guests' comfort. During a personal conversation with the owner, I told him, ”Staying here, I didn’t feel like a customer but truly like a guest.” We loved it so much and will definitely come back.

Excellent hotel at a very low price. There is everything you need. The room has a refrigerator, TV, comfortable large bed, air conditioning! At the exit from the hotel there is a dispenser, there is an ironing board with an iron and a microwave oven! Registration at the hotel is electronic, remote, you do not need to leave any deposit! The only small drawback is the location of the hotel. It is some distance from shops and attractions! But if you have a car or scooter, for you this will not be a problem! I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone! Especially suitable for a quiet family holiday near nature!

The environment is quiet and can have a nice rest. The hostel did not provide free meal and sufficient toiletries and you have to prepare yourself especially the brush and toothpaste. There is swimming pool in the vicinity of hostel building and it can be the bonus point to some people who like to swim. Highly recommended to those who would like to have a budget stay.

Best hidden Jem in Langkawi. Went with family. Best if you go with car as they have their own driveway for each villa. Beautiful pool and kids facilities were our kids favourite. Will definitely come again in our next visit.
