The facilities are complete, but all of them are old, the air conditioner is noisy, and the bathtub doesn't fill with hot water. However, it's conveniently located within a 15-minute walk from the city center, only 5MR by Grab, and there's a supermarket right in front of the hotel. Above all, I was impressed by the friendly staff and hardworking cleaning staff.

The hotel is generally ok, and the stuff are friendly especially Sulaiman, he is really a nice Muslim guy. (There is mosque nearby, if you are not a Muslim it will be annoying for you at 5am)

The location is a bit hidden.. car parking is a bit limited if the guests are crowded. Clean and comfortable room ... blankets suitable for a ja..
