Excellent location and a beautiful room! The amenities were all well kept and the place was close to lots of food, shopping and a nice stroll down to the river for sightseeing. The noodles at the breakfast bar were incredible! Don’t skip them. I’d recommend anyone visiting Lanzhou to stay here.

Stayed for three days and was very satisfied in every aspect. I originally booked it for only one day, but I renewed it for another day and another day. I loved it so much that I couldn't bear to leave.
First, we entered the hotel lobby to check in. The front desk staff enthusiastically poured a cup of hot tea. Check-in was also very fast and we quickly arrived at the room.
The room feels very open as soon as you open it, and the design and layout are very natural.
The room is fully intelligent, with a very cute Xiaodu, who can turn on the lights, turn on the TV, open the curtains, etc. Just call Xiaodu, and you can also chat with Xiaodu. There are robots delivering takeaways and missing items. During my three-day stay, the robots came nine times. I really like the cute robots.
There is also night fruit and milk in the evening.
The breakfast is also very good, I can eat it every day. But getting up for breakfast was difficult because the bed was so comfortable.
Finally, I had nothing to do and drew a floor plan of the room. If you don't draw well, just play around and make do with it. The actual area is a little larger than what I drew, and there is a slight error in my measurement.

Very convenient location right by the train station and close to lots of great food options. Staff were helpful and assisted in extending our stay. Laundry machine is available but you have to have your own detergent. Complimentary alcohol wipes, face wash, and other goodies were much appreciated.

I found this hotel on Ctrip. The reviews were pretty good, so I booked it. As expected, Xiaoha provided great service and sent us a late night canteen at night. The room was very clean and there were disposable covers on the toilet, which was very heartwarming. Also, the hotel provided unlimited bottled water, which was very heartwarming. The hotel staff provided great service and it was a very good experience. The hotel also has free parking 🅿️ Just scan the QR code once when you stay in the hotel. You don't have to scan the code every time you drive out. It's very convenient. I recommend everyone to stay in this hotel.

Love the room design and grateful for the free treats. The location is around 10mins walk to the lanzhou west train station, however during my stay there, part of the road was under construction, so it wasn't the most easiest to get around especially when the round overhead bridge only had stairs. Nearby there are lots of malls and place to eat. For the room itself, despite the cosy ambience, it rirks of smoke smell especially on my first day. At night, it's even worst as the air filter started leaking more cigarettes stench into my room. There is also no hairdryer provided. And what happened to the mountain view room I was supposed to have? The view outside is just the road and some dirty cityscapes. I was so looking forward to that 🫤. I was also locked out of my room after the first night, and luckily one of the cleaner helped me unlock my room and save me from making another trip down to the receptionist. Overall I will still recommend a stay.

Orange Crystal is pretty good. The room is spacious and bright, and the service is thoughtful and enthusiastic. The location is excellent, very close to Lanzhou West Station, the taxi starting price is about ten minutes walk. In the evening, you can go to Zhongshan Bridge to see the night view, and go to Xinguang Night Market to eat some snacks. It is also very close to Gansu Provincial Museum, where you can see the museum's BMW Stepping on Flying Swallow and learn about the history of the Hexi Corridor.

The location of the hotel is very easy to find, right in Lanzhou Old Street. The front desk lady was upgraded to a family room, and the children were very happy. The hotel room price is not too high, the bedding is very comfortable, the decoration is very good, and the hygiene is very clean. From Lanzhou West Station, you can take the bus directly to Lanzhou Old Street in two stops. The hotel is across the old street. It is very convenient to eat, drink and have fun around. It only takes three to five minutes to walk to the Bamboo Slips Museum, which is convenient to go to the museum after checking out in the afternoon and take the train to other places. The breakfast is served at the hotel next door, which requires two steps. The breakfast is OK, and basically everything you need is available. The only flaw is that the rooms facing the street are a little noisy, but it is quiet after 10:30 pm

First of all, the hotel has a strategic location, convenient transportation, and rich surrounding facilities. There is a subway station 100 meters away from the hotel, and it is also very close to Vientiane City. It is very convenient for shopping and eating. Stepping into the hotel lobby, you are immediately attracted by its elegant and modern design. The modern and fashionable decoration design makes you feel happy. The smiles and cordial greetings of the front desk staff make people feel the warmth of home.
The room is designed to be both fashionable and comfortable, with spacious space and reasonable layout. The large viewing bed has a great view and the bed is comfortable. A good night's sleep will make you feel refreshed the next day. The room is also equipped with a humidifier, which is very considerate!
In addition, the hotel's afternoon tea is also a good place to spend time. Whether you are sipping a cup of fragrant coffee or enjoying desserts, you can feel full of comfort.

The two beds in the standard room are 1.5 meters (generally, the standard rooms of hotels are 1.3 beds). The main thing is that the price-performance ratio is super high, and the service is good. I had a very early flight in the morning, and the hotel also prepared a very rich love lunch box. This is the first time I want to say so much about a hotel. TTraveling BritFirst of all the hotel is in a great location, right next to Lanzhou centre (with direct access) near the gansu museum and gansu women and children's hospital. If that's not enough it's also close to the subway station.
The rooms were spacious and clean and we felt very comfortable in them, the morning breakfast had plenty of options and was satisfactory. My only issue with this hotel is the elevator wait times (although that's not an issue with the hotel itself rather the building) when going from the ground floor to the hotel rooms we would often wait a few.minutes for the lift, when it arrived people would push infront ensuring no more space.
When I left the hotel at 10 in the morning it took me over 20 minutes to just get an elevator with space to go down, i tried taking the stairs but the doors were locked.
Overall a good hotel i wouldn't stay again just because of the elevator, everything else is perfect.

GGuest UserAmazing experience. The staff is really helpful and they gave me good tips what to do and eat in Lanzhou. They also spoke English which is always appreciated in China. They helped me to deliver a package without questions. It is close to a metro station and west railway station. Really good restaurants just around the corner. The common areas are really nice. Thank you, will come back!

JJinzhulamuYou can walk or take a taxi from the high-speed rail station. The starting price of a taxi in Tianshui is 5 yuan. It is close to the Gansu Provincial Museum. There are buses and subways nearby, which is very convenient. The interior of the room is comfortable and the bedding is comfortable. I recommend it if you want to stay near the West Railway Station.

… this is the hotel to stay especially if you are an independent traveller!
Even before arrival we reached out to Li and she promptly promised to send a car to meet us upon arrival at Langzhouxi. The Tumendun metro station is right in front of the hotel. So is the bus stop which serves buses running to several Lanzhou attractions.
Aside from the obvious locational advantages the thing that strikes me most is the warmth and hospitality of the family running the place. Everyone from father, mother, 2 sons to DIL was eager to help with any questions that we might have. We couldn’t believe how patient they were in providing invaluable insights for the benefit of the tourist.
The room and bathroom were kept clean. Hot and cold water were readily available as well as a kettle.
We are grateful and would like to thank the whole family for treating us like family during our short stay here!
