Every corner of the room was spotless, the bathroom was dry and odor-free with no water stains even on the vanity. The smart voice control for curtains and A/C was a great touch, and the WiFi was strong and fast. Plenty of charging outlets too. "The hotel wasn't really up to standard. I booked an 'honourable room' because it had an air purifier. However when I tried to cool down the room with the air con it didn't work. I called reception and they said the air con wasn't turned on and only 'natural ventilation' was available! And this was when the air pollution outside was at very high levels. Really not acceptable in a supposed 4-star hotel that advertises that it has air con - this is part of the reason I booked! The staff were as helpful as they coukd be under the circumstances - they bought in a fan which made the temperature bearable."

Right in the heart of Zhangye Road Pedestrian Street, just a few steps from the Provincial Government subway station. You're right in the commercial hub the moment you step out, and it's a short walk to Zhongshan Bridge. The service is thoughtful and professional, really warming your heart. The front desk staff are enthusiastic and efficient, making check-in super fast. They answer all your questions and even proactively offer tips for Lanzhou's best food and attractions. The robot delivery service is incredibly quick. Upon check-out, they even provide wet wipes and local tea bags – constant little surprises! Breakfast is fantastic, with freshly made Lanzhou beef noodles, tofu pudding, and other local snacks, offering both Chinese and Western options."

The front desk staff, especially the ladies, were incredibly attentive and gentle, always doing their best to accommodate any requests. The rooms are fully automated and very smart. What truly stood out was how meticulously clean everything was – it's rare to find a hotel in the Northwest without a speck of dust! It felt very welcoming. For your return, they'll drop you off at the subway entrance, so you don't have to lug your luggage far. The driver was friendly and punctual. ✅ Convenient location and transportation: It's close to Lanzhou West Station, with easy access to the subway and buses, making it very convenient to get to downtown attractions. ✅ Comfortable and smart rooms: Opened in 2024, the facilities are new. The entire room is smart-enabled (XiaoDu controls lights/curtains), and it features a smart toilet. It's clean and the bedding is comfortable. ✅ Thoughtful and attentive service: The front desk staff enthusiastically helped with luggage. Breakfast includes authentic Lanzhou beef noodles, and amenities like free parking and a laundry room are all available. Excellent value for money. For accommodation near West Station, you can't go wrong with this place!"

"Overall, we enjoyed staying at Kaida. It’s close to a metro station as well as one of the city’s most vibrant walking streets. They also helped me print some documents for travel. One thing I want to particularly note is that you might not want to ask them to do your laundry. They actually don’t have a laundry room you can use and they offer laundry service instead which took them 1.5 days to finish."

There's also an airport shuttle stop right outside. **Service:** The extra bed price was reasonable, and it came with a full set of amenities like toothbrushes, slippers, and towels, without even needing to ask. The service and reception staff were always helpful and answered all our questions without being overly intrusive. Housekeeping was discreet, ensuring daily cleaning and replenishment of items, and always responded promptly to requests. They also thoughtfully provided fresh fruit daily. **Front Desk:** I had pre-communicated about a specific booking detail, and the service was spot on. The pricing was clearly and transparently communicated during checkout. Overall, the service staff are highly professional. There were no hidden fees, and the pricing was transparent and reasonable.
