Service: Absolutely superb. The check-in process was very fast, and they did their best to meet customer needs. There were even complimentary gifts upon check-in and check-out. Although I was just transiting through Lanzhou and booked the room last minute, the front desk staff were very enthusiastic upon my arrival. While there aren't many parking spaces directly outside, there are cooperative parking lots nearby. This is a great hotel and definitely worth recommending!

Outstanding Service The highlight of my stay was the exceptional help from the front desk, specifically Mr. 芦彦林. Since I don't speak much Chinese, I was worried about the logistics of my trip to the Bingling Temple Grottoes. Mr. 芦彦林 went above and beyond by making several phone calls to my driver to ensure every detail was coordinated. He was incredibly thorough, asking the driver many detailed questions to make sure my trip would be smooth and safe. His kindness and dedication truly made my visit stress-free. Great Amenities and Breakfast The buffet breakfast was excellent. There was a wide variety of high-quality options to choose from, providing a perfect start to a long day of sightseeing. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Prime Location You couldn't ask for a better location in Lanzhou. The hotel is situated right by the Zhangye Road Pedestrian Street and within walking distance of many major attractions, including Zhongshan Bridge. Accessibility: It is very close to the subway and numerous bus lines, making it incredibly easy to navigate the city. Convenience: Plenty of shopping and local dining options are right at your doorstep. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lanzhou, especially international travelers. The room was very clean and the service was very good. The breakfast was also delicious. It was very good. The guy at the front desk was very handsome and a very nice person.

All the itineraries of this special forces trip were quite rushed, so we specially chose a hotel close to the train station. We took the overnight green train from Zhangye to Lanzhou and arrived in Lanzhou before 7 o'clock in the morning. We originally planned to store our luggage in the hotel and go out for a walk, but we didn't expect the hotel staff to help upgrade the room type and check in early. The hotel laundry room is very convenient on the first floor. There are two washing machines and two dryers. You need to wait for the laundry during the peak hours, but if you put the clothes in the laundry room and wait, the service staff can help with the laundry and collection of clothes. After checking out the next morning, I stored my luggage in the hotel for a day, so I could relax and play outside. This hotel experience was very good, 👍🏻

It is located in the core of Anning University Town, Feijiaying Cross. It is close to many universities. It is very close to Wuyue Square, Gansu Science and Technology Museum and Botanical Garden. It is convenient to take a taxi and bus. The surrounding snack convenience stores are all available. The front desk service is meticulous and thoughtful, the attitude is gentle, the check-in efficiency is high, the service is super super good

A huge thank you to all the staff at Hanting Oriental Red Square Metro Station! From the front desk to the guest rooms and restaurant, everyone received incredibly warm and attentive service. First, they called ahead of time, then patiently showed me around the room. It was hot, so the hotel even provided ice. They delivered breakfast, the room was impeccably clean, and the breakfast was delicious. I especially want to praise the Lanzhou-style noodles made by the restaurant staff! It was my first time in Lanzhou, and when I asked the staff for directions, they were very helpful in explaining the tourist attractions and routes. I visited Zhongshan Iron Bridge, White Pagoda Mountain, and saw the Yellow River Mother Statue. We drove to Lanzhou that evening, and the night view from Santai Pavilion was beautiful. The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to the metro station and a bus stop right outside, making it incredibly convenient to get around. I'll definitely stay here again next year when I'm in Lanzhou.
