The hotel's location is excellent, just a few hundred meters from Zhenning Road Night Market and not far from the subway, making dining and getting around very convenient. The entire building belongs to Mercure, which ensures easy access to services. The front desk staff, especially the ladies, were very beautiful and incredibly enthusiastic. The cleaning auntie was also very warm and helpful; she even brought my washed clothes up to my room, which was a really thoughtful touch. Overall, a fantastic travel experience!

I was very satisfied with my stay. The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient to get a taxi and shop in the area. The room was spotless and odorless, the bedding was soft, and the mattress was just the right firmness, ensuring a good night's sleep. Hot water came out quickly, and the air conditioning and internet worked smoothly. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet. Check-in and check-out were efficient, and the staff were polite and attentive, providing many small gifts and souvenirs for the Dragon Boat Festival. They responded promptly to any requests.

This time I really made the right choice to choose Mercure. The hotel facilities and rooms are very good and clean. Especially the breakfast is very rich, with various beef noodles🍜. There are also many delicious foods around. There are barbecue restaurants, beef noodles, Hujia steamed buns, and Lanzhou's famous hot pot restaurants around where I live. They are all within walking distance. The only drawback is that it is far from the high-speed rail station and it costs 30 yuan to take a taxi. If you drive, there is parking downstairs, which is very close to the nearest point, and you can get there by taxi for 10 yuan.

Facilities: There's an EV charging station downstairs, which is great for electric car owners. Wanda Plaza next door offers plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options, very convenient. Mercure provides 24-hour concierge service. Late check-out until 2 PM (subject to availability). Complimentary gift. Cleanliness: Spotless and tidy, very refreshing. Environment: From the high floors, you can enjoy beautiful night views of the Yellow River. Service: I requested two extra bottles of water and two pairs of slippers, and the communication was easy and delivery prompt. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money.

The high-floor room gets great sunlight; it was so comfortable relaxing in the warmth during the day. The front desk service was excellent, and the breakfast spread was impressive. I was also pleasantly surprised to find disposable exfoliating mitts. Overall, a very satisfying stay, highly recommend!
