I recently had the pleasure of staying at The STRAT Hotel, ****** & Tower, and it was an absolutely unforgettable experience! From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the vibrant atmosphere and the iconic setting. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, setting the stage for a fantastic stay. The room was modern, spacious, and impeccably clean, with breathtaking views of the Las Vegas skyline. The bed was wonderfully comfortable, making it easy to relax and recharge after a day of exploring the *****. The room’s amenities, including the large flat-screen TV and fast Wi-Fi, added an extra touch of luxury to my stay. One of the highlights of my visit was the incredible range of dining options available at The STRAT. Whether I was in the mood for a quick bite or a gourmet meal, there was something to satisfy every craving. The STRAT Café offered delicious, well-prepared meals, and the Top of the World restaurant provided an unparalleled dining experience with 360-degree views of Las Vegas. The ****** was lively and full of energy, offering a wide variety of games and slots to keep me entertained for hours. The hotel’s entertainment options were also top-notch, with great shows and attractions that added to the excitement of my stay. Of course, the absolute highlight was the SkyPod and the thrilling rides at the top of the tower. The views from the observation deck were simply stunning, and the adrenaline-pumping rides were an experience I’ll never forget! Overall, my stay at The STRAT Hotel, ****** & Tower was everything I could have hoped for and more. The combination of luxurious accommodations, exceptional dining, exciting entertainment, and world-class views made for an incredible Las Vegas experience. I highly recommend The STRAT to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Las Vegas, and I can’t wait to return!

To all my reader's who are reading this. My stay @ the Hilton Grand Vacations Club on the Las Vegas Strip was too short but still a great spot to stay. Some of the features of the room that I liked was the 2 layer curtains that had one to block out the glare and the other to completely block out all light from coming in. I also like the spacious mini fridge. I put a whole pizza box in there for the leftover pizza I ate the next morning being my concert. The view of the Festival entrance was great, especially at night with all the colorful lighting. It was also walking distance to my concert. They also have a marketplace which was convenient for me to buy drinks, ice cream and pizza and more. I recommend this place if you have a nearby event by the hotel and cause its very clean in the rooms and its private but also come with glass ware, microwave and coffee machine with a sink to wash your dishes. As normal, my reviews are usually based on how a particular hotel or restaurant rates in its class, and against similar competition. In other words, a Hampton Inn isn’t to be compared to say, a Four Seasons. And on that note; Gold Coast Hotel and ****** is not to be compared to The Palazzo, Wynn or The Bellagio, all of which are located on the strip. Located just a mile west of the strip, on W Flamingo, the location is actually better than expected. One can be on the strip in a 15-20 min walk. So, though not on the strip, it’s not as bad as some of the other comparable hotel ******s. We were in town to do a show, and needed ample parking for our trucks. So staying on the strip was out either way: That leaves a few select hotels that could accommodate us; and many of these are in rather sketchy areas. GC has a huge parking area in the rear, with easy access and multiple entries. Overall, it’s probably not as large as The Orleans, but certainly a better location in my opinion. And it’s absolutely light yrs better and much safer than the “Wild Wild West Days Inn” on Tropicana(in which I’ll say in bold text, STAY AWAY!”) The GC exterior seems the same as the day it was built: in other words, old and worn…lol. However, enter inside, and you’ll notice a much improved interior to its humble beginning. The decor still leans classic, but with a touch of modern: And overall actually, quite nice. There’s plenty of gaming, and several restaurants, including a TGIF, which I did not try, and a really good Chinese joint, which I did. The lunch menu was reasonable, and the quality was actually pretty good, if you want Chinese: And they’re open till 3am. Amenities here include a swimming pool(small), and a bowling alley. Neither of which I had time to use… Sorry Rooms: The rooms here have been updated with a fresh remodel at some point recently. A new Flatscreen tv, and a modern wardrobe add to the details. Note: I was one floor from the top, which can be tricky for battling the Vegas heat, for many hotel A/C systems. However, the unit in my room was more than adequate at keeping things chilled down(That one surprised me). The bathroom has all new tile, and a small window for some ventilation(nice touch). Water pressure was really good, but temperature wasn’t easy to adjust at first; but no deal breaker. Overall, the room was clean, modern enough, and the beds was decent for this price range. The service here was surprisingly good(I’ve read this before, and in many places, from those who have stayed at many of the Boyd properties). Everyone was extra friendly, and made the extra effort to make one feel welcomed. So, while not a Four Seasons, you’ll have no worries. Wrapping it up: Overall, this is a good choice for the money; and certainly has ample parking for big rigs, motor homes or other. The valet and bell hop service was spot on! Parking and luggage was not even a problem. Check in was fast and easy. Even though we booked separately from our cousins, they put us on the same floor close to each other. No problems with the room at all, we had a decent view of the *****. Every place we ate there was good. We hadn’t been to Las Vegas in a few years but we will definitely return and stay at the TI. We all had a great time and would recommend it to everyone!

READ THIS BEFORE BOOKING! This hotel tries to charge you double resort fee hoping you don’t notice. We were told we can express check out and just drop the key, and then they will automatically charge your credit card on file. Thank goodness we clicked into bill details at express checkout before we left and found the double charge. We had read reviews ahead of time that they double charge resort fee, but just didn’t think it could be true for a 5 star resort. We had to line up at the check out desk to inquire the situation. The manager at the check out desk, Tony was very rude and blamed it on a system glitch, which sounds like complete BS since why would it even be a possible selection to double charge a room for resort fee in the first place, it’s highly suspicious. We are extremely disappointed in this hotel, they wouldn’t even acknowledge an apology and said that even if we paid they would catch it afterwards and refund our money, lots of walking around the double charge and how it’s not their fault. Even though there’s a bunch of reviews saying the customer has called and called and the resort wouldn’t give back the double charge. If they had just apologized and said it was their mistake, it would have been okay. The manager made it seem like they were doing us a favor by reversing the double charge. I would not recommend anyone stay at this hotel for this obvious scam and poor service from the manager.

Good accommodation location in the middle of the ***** .This makes it easy to walk to other hotels, but the disadvantage of the hotel is that there is no refrigerator, but there is an ice maker and a beverage dispenser in the hotel corridor on every floor. Depositing your luggage after checking out of the hotel is quick, but the downside is that the waiter who collects the luggage asks for a tip both when dropping off the bag and when collecting the bag back.

My leisure,libation,fun,enjoyment and pleasure all in one place. The exotic cuisine is authentic that’s why I find it to be perfect and excellent. The service is attentive and personal at it’s best. Keep me in mind everytime you want to make a deal in your promotions and marketing. I can use a break such as freebies, discounts, comps., free play, that are worth coming back for as incentive to get me in the house to patronize your business. Make it competitive for there are others that want my business as well but not attractive enough of a proposal for me to splurge and spend my social security and pension in wholeheartedly without regret and restraint. The most important thing is that I paint the town red, go gallivanting, find pleasure and enjoyment in everything I do and not be dissapointed and discouraged or disgusted and annoyed/irritated. Make me happy, is that so much to ask ? As I know for certain that the House always wins.

No breakfast, but the room is very large and fully equipped. It is also close to the Paragon fountain. It is highly recommended if you do not go to the casino. Parking can only be valet, and tipping is theoretically required.

No kettle or coffee machine at room. If you need hot water, need to to Starbucks or cafe to buy or ask for it freely if you are lucky. Very troubling. Need to call house keeping for Room clean up , staff may not automatically clean up your room if you not call them.
