Holiday Inn Express & Suites Lebanon

This was the worst experience in a hotel ever! We arrived for a 2 night stay and only stayed one night. We checked in close to 4pm and just dropped our luggage off because we had a commitment at 4pm. We didnt have time to look at the room well. When we returned later at night we were exhausted and showered and went to bed. Through the night my husband said that twice someone tried to enter the room with a key! We had the latch on so they couldnt enter. In the morning i was awaken by a repeat of what my husband heard over the night. In the morning we had a chance to look at the room. We were shocked! The mini fridge was full of someone else's food!! There were crumbs on the night stand and the bathtub was not clean. I dunno if they gave us someone else's room or what but we packed and got out of there! I mentioned everything to the front desk and they remained unphased and didnt even apologize!! Never again Hilton Express in Lebanon!! I chose Hilton Express because I have previously really enjoyed them. I was in Reading just some months ago and our stay was amazing! Again Hilton Express Lebanon PA, worst experience ever!

Arrived at hotel, was sent to different hotel due to over booking. Arrived at new hotel, room was not what was needed. We made it work. Overall not a great experience

the room had cobwebs all along the ceiling. half of the receptacles did not work. and the bed was as hard as a brick. wasn’t my first time staying here, but may be my last.

The beds and showers and breakfast are excellent. The lack of room servicing unless you are there for three days is disappointing. Ran out of kleenex and coffee in the room, no fresh towels, and unmade bed when staying 2 nights.

When we arrived there were 3 other families trying to check in and no one was at the front desk for nearly 5 minutes. Once we got checked in and went to our rooms one of them smelled terrible. Like the prior guest had smoked 2 packs a day for a full week's stay. We didn't bother reporting it as we were only there for one night.

While the room was not properly cleaned, the coffee maker and microwave are put on the floor.

Very nice! The staff were all very nice. The room was nice and breakfast was delicious!

First room had stink bugs and was a handicap room. The fellow apologized and put me in a different room. There is a freight train every three hours. Supposedly you don’t hear from the other end of hotel. Will know that for next time
