酒店設施什麼的都挺好，就是呼叫前台的那個不太好 服務真的差，起因我下午到房間一會兒有點不舒服不會開氧氣，打電話給前台問怎麼開，第一次我一直在説話她説聽不見我説話給掛了，可能是真的聽不見，也沒給我重新撥過來，也沒到房間詢問，我再次打了一次，這次聽清了氧氣是規定時間開的不是全天的，然後我就自己閃購了氧氣瓶，我看外賣到了我就給她撥了語音，她説剛送到機器人上來了，然後我等了一會兒沒來，想起房間號寫錯了寫錯樓層了，然後我想着別麻煩人了，我就自己去樓上拿，結果電梯卡刷不了上不去，然後我就回房間又給她按了語音，我剛開口説剛剛那個外賣，她就打斷我，女士剛才那個外賣有一個氧氣瓶和一個什麼機器人剛上去你不要着急好嗎？語氣就是特別不耐煩的那種，我等她説完了我就説我是想説我房間號寫錯了寫成7樓了，她説哦，沒人拿機器人會下來的。 第一酒店有氧氣瓶，我都打電話問氧氣怎麼不開，那我是不舒服，他們沒有主動問我需不需要氧氣瓶 第二那我都買氧氣瓶了我肯定是很不舒服了，我又不是吃飽了閑的給你打電話逗你玩，態度惡劣 第一次寫差評就這樣吧

滿分五分，全給四分，衛生我給兩分，全因為早餐的問題，房間打掃阿姨非常好沒有問題，房間也很衛生。 如果管理層們，你們也希望工作上少點投訴少點差評，每位員工也可以快快樂樂地工作每一天，那請看看我以下的差評。 現在先說好評: 1.房間衛生做得不錯，床單被單全是新換的很乾淨 2.前台大部份員工，也有不錯的服務水準，特別是一位高高瘦瘦長頭髮的藏族女孩（估計是藏族），對客人的服務非常到位。 3.位置也不錯，步行兩分鐘就有35號巴士直到景點及機場巴士站 4.空調和冷熱水都沒有任何問題 5.窗外看到一座冰山 6.制氧機也很好 現在是差評： 1.說好是上午七點開始的早餐，我7:05到餐廳，大約7點20分廚師才開始走到煮麵台開始煎蛋，水煮蛋也沒有準備好，麵包也是我坐下大約十分鐘才拿出來的。 2.在任何酒店吃早餐的麵條或米線，同樣是自己加配料，但其他酒店路的全是清湯底，但你們廚師給我的清水做底，如果無看錯應該是煮麵那些水。 3.廚師煎好蛋後，一位職員女士，可能看到我坐了很久，所以好心拿整碟蛋打給我（這裏有四隻蛋而我是點了三隻），放在我的台面後，竟然聽到廚師對女職員說：將那碟蛋拿回來叫他自己來拿。 在我這個客人的角度覺得非常無禮，也令我和那位職員很尷尬，也覺得那個女職員很無奈。 請問貴酒店的管理層，這件事情你們知道嗎？ 4.請看看我那張水煮蛋照片，首先本人是吃素的，我7:05到達，看到沒有廚師站在廚房煮麵或煎蛋，我就去看看水煮蛋，只看到一堆冷冷的水煮蛋汁，當時是沒有蛋的，過了大約十分鐘，看到女職員將水煮蛋的煲拿進廚房再拿出來，那時候我以為有水煮蛋吃，打開發現是一樣冷冰冰的汁和只有四隻雞蛋。 對！只有四隻！ 問題來了，那些汁是前一天的嗎？那些雞蛋也是前一天的嗎？因爲情理上沒有可能七點前會有員工，只放一些汁在哪裏,之後再拿回廚房再放些蛋再拿出來，這些行為幾乎是沒有可能的，那我有理由懷疑那些冷冷的水煮蛋汁，是由前一天的早餐放到第二天早上，我也相信正常人也會這樣懷疑。 還有這家不少房間的酒店，早餐一開始準備的水煮蛋只有四隻？ 補充，我走的時候是大約7:35分，水煮蛋沒有加多也沒有減少。 這個價錢的酒店，不應該要求太多，明白的。 我也沒有要求五星級服務，在酒店遇到一些小瑕疵我也沒有在這裏說出，因為一家新酒店及這個價位，一此小瑕疵是應該原諒及接受的，大家生活不容易，都不應去挑骨頭。 但早餐這件事，關乎到客人的健康，和你們說好早餐時間的誠信 及 員工態度的訓練，如我這次不說出來，更大的更多的差評始終會找上你們。 如果你們餐廳有監控，請看看4月15的早上吧，你就會知道我只是如實說出真相。 現正在閱讀本人評價的會員，我也要公平地跟你們說，如只是來住是沒有問題的，除了早餐一切也合格的。 我不知道你們會怎麼回答，只希望我的真實評價，能夠幫到貴酒店及未來住到貴酒店的人客大家都開開心心。 祝大家身體健康，開開心心。
