The rooms are spacious, clean, the wardrobe and bedside tables do not have closed drawers, there is no safe in the rooms (they offer you the safe at reception). The rooms are not so soundproof, you can hear the external air conditioning-heating equipment, there were no free toiletries, only the gel-soap for the sink-shower in a tube. The average breakfast, stew-watered coffee, the oil jugs they fill with. There is plenty of parking on the street (in summer I don't know if it will be saturated). There are nearby bars, a bakery, a large supermarket and a pharmacy. Walking about 10 minutes is the town with shops, bars, bakery and bus stop. A quarter of an hour away on foot there are some coves and beaches, which show us the beautiful Cantabrian Sea. If you are looking for a quiet place it is fine, but only to sleep, with the nuances that I mentioned at the beginning.

Nice place and good location. The beaches are incredibly beautiful, the attention of the guys at reception was good. Warm attention. The only negative thing was that the maid, the overweight lady, didn't clean our bathroom, she only mopped it and badly..., they didn't leave towels either. And when we left the room, we found her lying on the sofa in the hallway, with her cell phone, listening to music. When we saw her, we asked her if she could give us towels, and her answer was “when I'm done, I'll leave them in your room.” The lady was very unpleasant, without understanding when the "what" will end, she did not treat us well despite having been polite to her. Otherwise, recommended.

The air conditioning in the room did not work. As soon as I entered the room I made the comment and they said it was a general problem with the hotel. The hotel's solution was: "we will refund your money and find a hotel." Yes of course, of course! I make a reservation 2 months before and on vacation I'm going to go out and look for a hotel the same day with the price they want to charge me. They reluctantly offered me a 15% discount on the bill as an exceptional favor that I did not accept due to bad timing. Then they cared very little whether I could sleep or not, which I had to do with the window open and the buzzing of the mosquitoes. The front desk person ended up using foul language. In bad taste and clearly the client is not only not right but they don't care.

The truth is that they treated us very well, we arrived before check-in time and they gave us a better room than the one we had reserved at no additional cost. Super delicious breakfast, all homemade. The room was very good, for my taste the mattress and pillow were a bit soft but there were no complaints. Perhaps I would highlight that the cleaning behind the mini fridge and the bathroom tiles needed to be polished a little, but in general everything was great. 👌🏼⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They offered us a room on the ground floor. Very modern and current. Wide. Maybe the red tiles in the bathroom are not the most suitable. Very good breakfast. We tried to stay another night but it was impossible and the reception staff even looked for us in other accommodations, which was impossible. The beach is close by car. We were surprised that at night there is no one at reception.
