Wonderful first time trip to Yunnan. The inn is clean and have all the amenities I need. The staff are very friendly and helpful, speedy assistance when I request for something. The breakfast mixian is yummy. The lady boss provides excellent service. She helped to book all my major transportation to n fro airport, visits to the snow mountain and musical play and even the purchase of tickets. She'll share info of where are the places worth going in Lijiang ancient city. The various shops I went, to take cultural costumes photo and purchase of silver accessories and to eat are recommended by her as well. She even helped me to book the mini tour for my shangri-la trip in between. You can basically ask her anything you need advise for travel in Yunnan. Very glad that I've chosen this place and I'll stay here again if I do come back to Lijiang.

10 mins walk from the home stay to Lijang ancient town. The owner is friendly and informative, we also get a free ride from the home stay to Lijiang railway station for staying for 2 nights. Thank you for the souvenir, it is lovely!

Hotel very clean and neat. Location inside Lijiang Ancient Town excellent to move around old town. Hotel Lady owner very friendly. She came out to fetch me when I arrived and even made sure I arrived Shangri-la safely. Highly recommend the hotel 👍

I would say the location given on Trip.com is inaccurate. Caused us so much inconvenience to search for the location on the rocky pathway… not a very pleasant experience. Nonetheless, we are very impressed by the host as he gave us some tips and guidance, and helped us to book our bus to Shangrila with a stop over to Tiger Leaping Gorge. I would rate his service a 10/10 definitely.

I really liked this hotel. Room was lovely and beautiful and a nice cute walk into the old city. We had so many bags and they came with a little cart to carry them for us. Also because we stayed many nights they took us for free to the airport. We would totally stay here again. Now that said I had 1 problem. We were here in summer and it got quite hot in the room. We were on the top floor and the sun hit the roof and really heated things up. I couldn’t get it cold enough to be comfortable even with the air conditioner. In the future I would choose a room not on the top floor or only visit this hotel in non-summer months. Otherwise it was perfect!

What a wonderful stay we had here!! Our family was welcomed warmly and we soon felt like old friends as we shared many cups of tea. The manager was very enthusiastic and she helped us plan our day trips around Lijiang. Although we don’t speak Chinese she persevered and we had very enjoyable experiences based on her recommendations. The place is clean and in a idyllic location in the old town. The breakfast provided was Chinese and nice. We can’t wait to come back and stay at Floral Inn again soon. Thank you!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great hotel. I would highly recommend it. The only issue we had was breakfast wasn’t very good and didn’t have vegan options and it was a bit loud and difficult to sleep.

The room was lovely and good location, just outside the old town but very close walk. It was very noisy, however when mentioned to the owner she arranged a change of room which was kind.

Small hotel in a very nice location close to the entrance of the Lijiang Ancient Town with an extremely pleasant owner who offered us tea and snacks upon arrival via the driver from the hotel who came to pick us up from the train station. The room itself was just fine, with a comfortable bed, powerful shower, boutique round bath and smart toilet excellent amenities. We ran into a few problems which affected the rating a little and can be improved. The room had a slightly unpleasant smell from the toilet drain that persisted, as well as an annoying light from the mirror which we ended up covering with a towel. The toilet also made extremely loud noises when flushed which woke up my partner multiple times in the night. The room was also not cleaned while we were out - but the cleaners quickly fixed this. Then finally the AC started leaking which then made a big puddle in the bathroom area - though the hotel was quick to fix this issue. Overall a fine place to stay that we would definitely consider again.
