這家店臨街的位置，是在很好的地段，但管理非常差，房間內的床單有臟的印記，電話和前台溝通後前台回覆説：“我可以躺乾淨的那麪，退房時不會因此扣我的費用”我的天🤦♀️。這是什麼服務意識啊？換成你們工作人員你會睡在這樣的床上嗎？不嫌臟嗎？不怕有細菌交叉感染嗎？

2023年共住了這個酒店24天，剛開始感覺還可以，後來這幾次入住體驗很差勁。沐浴露洗髮水從來沒有一次加滿的，洗個澡半天擠不出來，2024年1－28號入住508，更是問到了房間裏留有狐臭味，所以沒有續住。今天晚上再去住一次，不行以後直接換酒店住了！

我衹能用離譜兩個字來形容這家酒店。入住的時候我們一共是三個房間，其中一個黃金的空調完全沒有辦法制冷，整個房間像個蒸籠，所以我們提出要換房間。工作人員以我們使用過廁所為由推三阻四。我們使用過廁所，這個是一個客觀事實，但是你的硬件存在問題，我不能正常居住，這是你的問題而不是我的問題。隨後另外一個房間的同伴前往前台，希望前台能夠給予一張多的房卡。前台非常強硬的表示一個房間衹有一張房卡。這個時候我非常想要知道，一個房間入住兩個人，請問兩個人必須形影不離的，不能分開嗎？前台的態度惡劣，真心不知道那麼多五分是刷出來的嗎？朋友沒有和前台多掰扯，連夜直接去了另外一家酒店，説明瞭這家酒店的整體有多麼的糟糕。剩餘兩個房間我們正常入住，早上11點的時候前台就打電話，非常強硬的叫我們退房。如果不是因為這是公共場合，我真的想爆粗口。最後的評價是：如果有負的5分，我一定會給他打負的5分。

特別差酒店網絡速度極慢、酒店房間內的WIFI信號不穩定，房間老舊，分發黴味、地毯臟舊，分發異味、房間下水道的異味溢出、房間通風不暢。內部牆壁隔音差、門窗隔音差。馬桶老舊，看起來不衞生。設施老舊，床單、被子有味道、最重要一點房間窗户上都是飛蟲🦟🦟🦟！並且床上還有小跳騷一類的蟲子🐛🐛🐛！該酒店衞生環境特別差，到處都是臟兮兮的，床單上有蟲子，根本不能睡，最後是該酒店服務態度一點都不好，不推薦大家入住。
