When I first checked it, I wasn't really amazed by this hotel, but when we were welcomed by Carlos I just felt that warm welcome that I was looking for. Carlos made sure that we were okay all the time. The hotel has a great location, right next to the hotel, 1 minute walk from our hotel room. The hotel room is big and spacious, it has a little kitchen and even a washing machine they also provide Laundry detergent everyday. The breakfast is mostly Chinese, western breakfast is non existent at this hotel and that's one thing I feel they should improve on, but Carlos and his team really made us forget about the little troubles we experienced. If you can't speak Chinese, I'd suggest finding Carlos on your check in. Thank you for an unforgettable stay, we will definitely come again.

The hotel is a really good option to have a relaxing time and avoiding the crowded places like in Sanya. Here is simply great. Only I suggest that the second pool to be open and allow the people to swim in the beach. Apart of that is simply great. Thanks for all the great service

This island is always worth the trip and the cost. Amazing location and the natural beauty of island life is something everyone should experience. The staff is very helpful and there is a man that speak English that helps you sign up for different activities. The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast. The watered down juices and lemonade were terrible and there isn’t a wide selection. Overall I will be visiting again.

Beautiful stunning villa ,we originally booked for 1 night , ended up 3 nights . Front desk were super helpful and friendly . The quality of breakfast was average considering the price of the room and overall hotel standard . The hotel restaurant food was overpriced and overcooked fish , very disappointed. My partner and I wanted a coffee in the evening , we had to wait for the restaurant to open to buy one , these are the additional details of a hotel service that I expected to be part of our stay , as the hotel sells itself on a luxury standard. Small details makes all the difference and does not cost much , overall beautiful place , fantastic location, great front desk staff

The hotel is in a very nice location as you have the beach, pier with lighthouse and boat harbour right on your door step. The room was clean and modern with good aircon. Good selection for breakfast items. Three swimming pools to choose from with loungers . The hotel could do with focusing on attention to detail and customer service to reach their stated 5 star rating. However the Overall the experience was good.

We arrived at the hotel at noon. The housekeeper Chloris Yao Xiaolin helped us check in in a timely manner. After checking in, because my lighter was confiscated on the plane, Yao Xiaolin sent matches and razors, as well as coconuts and fruits, and helped to make an appointment for the photo shoot. My wife was very satisfied with the hotel's photo shoot and gave 5 negatives for free. Because the photos were so good, we finally ordered 60 photos as a souvenir. The sand on the beach was really super soft and very comfortable to step on. Clear Water Bay really surprised me. The hotel breakfast was very rich and extended to 11 o'clock. There was no need to worry about not being able to get up in the morning. There was a night market a few hundred meters around the hotel, many snack fruit stalls, and many Northeastern restaurants and seafood restaurants. I gained a lot of weight in the past few days. When I left after staying for two days, I couldn't fit a lot of things. Yao Xiaolin helped me get paper bags. It was a very satisfactory stay experience. I give the hotel a 5-star rating. Raffles, see you next time!
