GGuest UserThe room was upgraded for free, the breakfast was healthy and delicious, and the facilities were good. The most important swimming pool is great. In the morning, I watched the hotel staff carefully clean the swimming pool for almost 2 hours, and then went in for a happy swim. The sea and sky were all the same color, lawns, woods, beaches, and sea water. Compared to the kind of seaside villas with unobstructed views , the progressive depth of different landscapes, and the sense of envelopment brought by the mountains and the sea, let people blend into the embrace of nature in a very safe state, and return to the most authentic state,,, through the woods When I saw the local people sitting or standing on the rocks on the seaside in the distance, Zheng Zhihua's sailors instantly came to my mind. The freedom and power shown in this picture will also become a kind of spiritual nourishment that will nourish the future. Life, this is one of the meanings of travel.

MM19564****Hotels, like people, age. But whether they simply fade or become timeless, refined by experience, depends on the choices made. Our stay at the Raffles Hotel was clearly the latter. The hotel's location is excellent, boasting the best beach. Darryl, the Assistant Manager for Guest Relations, contacted us in advance to understand our needs. Every staff member at the hotel greeted us with a smile, showing warmth and attentiveness. From check-in to housekeeping, from in-room dining to the fitness center, from the duty-free shuttle driver to the departure driver, we felt cared for and looked after from the moment we arrived. During our stay, it happened to be a family member's birthday. The hotel thoughtfully decorated our room and even provided a cake, which delighted everyone in my family. It's truly the thoughtful service from every single staff member that transforms any slight historical imperfections of the hotel into cherished memories.

CCCRCHThe hotel is near the railway station and the beautiful river walk. No English but friendly understanding. Huge room new and neat. First day I got lost when a street vegetable man would drive me on his tuktuk so to call near the hotel From where I called and the hotel receptionist came to take me back to the hotel.
All for free The next day I took a long bus ride to the monkey beach and endless long beautiful beach in a special place on the sea. With fun Chinese met in the bus. Asking the bus driver if there would be a restaurant he offered me his company lunch parcels or a full healthy lunch. Free .
On the way back I found the hotel on my self and the friendly family was all smiling that I was back all alone and happy.
Next to the hotel I enjoyed the best fish soup ever. So I recommend this hotel in Lingshui. Which has a bridge built like a huge ship new and no motor just for pedestrians.

GGuest UserI usually don’t write reviews, but the exceptional service at Sangem Moon Hotel truly deserves one. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warmth and professionalism of every single staff member. Their friendliness and genuine care make you feel right at home.
The hotel itself is immaculate, with spotless rooms and a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. However, what truly sets this hotel apart is the outstanding service.
A special mention to my butler, Chase, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Whether it was recommending places to visit or attending to every little detail in my room, he handled everything with professionalism and care. There was nothing he couldn’t do!
I’d also like to thank Mori, the reception duty manager, for her excellent service. She speaks great English and took such good care of us, making everything smooth and effortless.
Another person I’d like to praise is 符阿姨 from housekeeping. She cleaned my room so thoroughly—you can tell she takes her job seriously. She mopped the floor, made everything perfectly organised, and ensured the room was spotless every single day.
I also have to commend the hotel management for training their staff so well. The level of professionalism and dedication from every team member is truly impressive.
I know people sometimes get tired of overly positive reviews that sound too good to be true, but this is a real review from a real guest. The service here is genuinely exceptional, and you can feel the sincerity in how they treat their guests. Highly recommended!

As a new fan of the Indigo brand, my stay at the Indigo Sanya Clear Water Bay completely revolutionized my perception of a vacation! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was captivated by the ”ocean jewelry store” design language – pearl chandeliers like falling stars, furniture in a blue and white coral palette intertwined with Li ethnic rattan weaving techniques. Every detail spoke of the Tanka people's millennia-old wisdom of ”coexistence between land and sea.” But what touched me most was the meticulous care from my butler, Sigrid: from proactively upgrading me to a full sea-view room before check-in to promptly booking various activities, her service was as warm and healing as the sea breeze.
Opening the window revealed the magnificent 12-kilometer glass-like sea. Inside the 48㎡ full sea-view room, a KingKoil mattress and Dyson hairdryer spoke of luxury, while blue and white patterned bathrobes and tea-scented toiletries added a local touch. Breakfast at the restaurant in the morning was a delight for the taste buds; in the evening, I waited for the sunset by the infinity pool, where the silhouettes of the distant yacht club and the sound of waves intertwined into a poem.
Special thanks to Indigo and Sigrid for unlocking such a surprising experience for me. If there's any regret, it's only the reluctance to leave this hidden gem, a secret haven that blends ocean poetry with human warmth. 🌟

GGuest UserThe service of this B&B really exceeded my expectations. It is as warm as home. We paid the difference to upgrade the sea view room. The price-performance ratio is really high ✌️ It is worth recommending to everyone 🧑🤝🧑 The main emphasis is that the room is clean and tidy. It is also very comfortable to stay and watch the sea. It is really pleasant to lie on a chair facing the sea 🌊. It is very close to the beach 🏝️. You can also catch small shells 🐚 and crabs 🦀. The children have a lot of fun 😃 The location of the hotel is really the best location to watch the sea. 🅿️ Parking is also very convenient. You can see the customs of the fishing village and feel the summer breeze blowing on your face. In the evening 🌆, you can see the sunset at dusk, which is very healing. GGuest UserThe room is big, very clean and tidy, the boss is very enthusiastic, the environment is very good, there is a commercial street nearby, it is very convenient to eat and drink, it takes less than ten minutes to walk to the beach, and there is a swimming pool downstairs. This weather is very suitable for playing in the water. If I didn't have to go back to work, I would be reluctant to leave. Hahahaha. Not bad. Recommended

AAnonymous UserBeautiful stunning villa ,we originally booked for 1 night , ended up 3 nights . Front desk were super helpful and friendly . The quality of breakfast was average considering the price of the room and overall hotel standard . The hotel restaurant food was overpriced and overcooked fish , very disappointed. My partner and I wanted a coffee in the evening , we had to wait for the restaurant to open to buy one , these are the additional details of a hotel service that I expected to be part of our stay , as the hotel sells itself on a luxury standard. Small details makes all the difference and does not cost much , overall beautiful place , fantastic location, great front desk staff

JJing wu xihow to say. . It's not bad. The lobby is magnificent, but the facilities inside are not very good. I live on the 6th floor, the top floor, and there is a huge cockroach in the corner of the balcony, haha. The swimming pool downstairs is quite big. On Saturdays, there is a bubble fight. The water on the beach downstairs is made of real glass, and there are warnings everywhere that it is strictly prohibited to go into the sea, but you can go into the sea. It's okay, and there is also a meal. A complimentary dinner is a bad review. The parent-child room must be for more than three people, and the staple food is not enough. The breakfast buffet is quite satisfactory. There is a small town one kilometer away from the hotel, which is quite convenient for eating.
