From the moment you enter the hotel area, you will feel that it is a relatively independent and private environment. The overall decoration is very stylish. I heard from the housekeeper that this is the owner's own house, so the decoration design and materials are very carefully selected. It is very different from other B&Bs that are rented out.
The housekeeper contacted us by phone shortly after we placed the order. We booked the cheapest price and upgraded it when we checked in. Any questions during the stay were responded to in a timely manner. The overall service experience was great~
Before coming here, I was worried about whether it would be inconvenient to eat, but when I arrived, I found that my worries were completely unnecessary. The hotel provided a Hainan-style rice noodle breakfast, which was simple but fully met the needs. There was also Hainan-style afternoon tea. If you want to dine in the hotel, you can also make a reservation in advance with the butler. In general, during the stay, you can fully meet various needs without leaving the hotel, and the experience is not inferior to that of a high-star hotel!
When I checked in, I saw models taking photos. The housekeeper told me that they also had some water sports experiences. Unfortunately, we didn’t have enough time this time, so I’ll just leave it for next time. I’ll definitely come again if I have the chance!

Our trip to Raffles was made truly luxurious and personal by Diana's butler service. Even before check-in, she proactively communicated with us to understand our needs and meticulously planned every detail of our itinerary. Upon arrival, she provided thoughtful guidance throughout. Our room was already prepared with a welcome gift tailored to our preferences and a handwritten card, instantly melting away our travel fatigue.
Her service was marked by a surprising foresight – noticing our interest in local cuisine, she immediately recommended and booked a hard-to-find specialty restaurant for us. Before a sudden change in weather, she preemptively reminded us to prepare for rain and even adjusted our outdoor activity suggestions. She was available 24/7, responding efficiently and patiently whether we had questions about local culture or needed assistance with any requests.
Diana's professional and meticulous service truly embodies the spirit of the Raffles brand. If I visit Raffles again, I will definitely request her service, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a high-quality holiday experience!

MM475193****Smart Hotel is really good value for money! The front desk service attitude is good and professional answers to various questions. The room is clean and tidy, and the smart facilities make it very convenient, especially the projection equipment, which allows me to enjoy the movie-watching experience of a private cinema. There is also free parking, which is really thoughtful. I will choose here next time I travel!

__M1884149****Our family trip to the Sanyue Hotel in Hainan was absolutely incredible! The hotel's 'Chasing the Moon' design is stunning. Opening the window reveals breathtaking, unobstructed ocean views, and the high-altitude infinity pool feels like it's floating in the sky – every photo taken there is picture-perfect. The family-friendly facilities are fantastic; the 'Bunny' themed kids' club and water park kept our little one happily entertained for hours. The customized children's amenities were a thoughtful and refined touch.
Manager Tiffany was online and available throughout our stay, incredibly responsive and warm. The 270° sea-view restaurant offered delicious food that was both beautiful and tasty. We enjoyed leisurely strolls along the 350-meter private beach, taking in the sea air. Our room was spacious and clean, and the L'Occitane toiletries and well-stocked mini-bar truly highlighted the hotel's quality. This hotel is perfect for both family vacations and romantic getaways. I've already recommended it to friends and will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Hainan!

The room's view was absolutely breathtaking (Boutique Sea View King Room). Opening the window, you're greeted by coconut groves and the sea. Just letting the sea breeze wash over you and gazing out, all your fatigue simply melts away.
The hotel masterfully integrates 'Dan' (Tanka) culture into every detail. From the architecture and environment to the rooms, everything is full of design flair, making you feel like you've stepped into a secluded paradise.
Breakfast, as always with Indigo, was a highlight. The spread was generous, and every dish was exquisite and delicious, a perfect way to start a beautiful day full of energy.
The hotel boasts extensive facilities, including a wide array of water games, a sweat lodge, and even an e-sports room.
The beach for seaside strolls also has wonderfully soft sand. Taking a leisurely walk along it truly maximizes that relaxed vacation vibe.
The hotel service was also fantastic! We checked in on my husband's birthday, and I had communicated with the account manager, Anna, in advance. She helped arrange a cake, red wine, and a card – all very thoughtful and heartwarming. The staff were always prompt in providing any help we needed. I absolutely loved this perfectly balanced experience!
The hotel's travel photography service is of high quality, offering makeup and styling. The photos taken within this design-forward hotel are absolutely stunning. A big thank you to the staff for their seamless coordination.

GGuest UserThe room is big, very clean and tidy, the boss is very enthusiastic, the environment is very good, there is a commercial street nearby, it is very convenient to eat and drink, it takes less than ten minutes to walk to the beach, and there is a swimming pool downstairs. This weather is very suitable for playing in the water. If I didn't have to go back to work, I would be reluctant to leave. Hahahaha. Not bad. Recommended

The manager, Stanley, was very professional and ready to help when we needed it.
The sea view is the best I've had in Hainan. I came to this hotel again mainly for the view. You can even hear the waves from the room and see the stars at night.
Many people complain about the breakfast in the comment section, but it's not bad at all. There's different kinds of fruit, bread, coffee, eggs and write a few other dishes. It's definitely not five star, but my girlfriend and I (she's Chinese and I'm Canadian) enjoyed a long breakfast every morning.
There's barely ever anybody on the beach and it's okay to go for dip in the sea, but you're technically not supposed to swim in it.
There's a an area about 700 meters from the hotel where you can find different restaurants.
The pool is very nice but isn't heated.
You can easily get around just walking, renting the electric bikes and calling a taxi to get to some hiking spots. We didn't find it necessary to rent a car despite being remote.
The bad:
You are technically not supposed to swim in the sea.
The pool is too cold to comfortably swim in when the weather is not hot.
The cleaning service does just an okay job on cleaning the room.
There's no really good restaurants around that we could find. Although I find this to be a problem in most areas of Hainan. There is no real variation of food.
There's no breathing in the rooms.
Bring snacks because it's hard to find food in the afternoon unless you order from the town, but then you have to wait for it to arrive and the options are limited.
There is a gym but with limited equipment.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in Li'an Town, the room is clean and tidy, the bed is relatively large, and the price is high. There is a supermarket downstairs that is very convenient, and the dishes at the Wanghai Hotel next to it are not bad. It is about 3 kilometers away from Gangmenling Park. It is still a little far to walk. You can take the bus or call Didi. Whether you are driving or traveling freely, it is recommended to live here. Gangmenling Park has a beach to play, and you can also climb high and look far. It is worth a visit.

DDominic FHotel Sanya Terran is the kind of place that inspires you to start writing a novel.
When I arrived there in the late evening around midnight or a bit after, the entrance lobby had me entranced, as it was serenaded in a blue glow, trickling different shades and layers of neon and dark blue. It added an aura of mystery, as not many people were around.
As I stayed there for a number of days, I felt, at times, like I was in an adventure novel. There are gigantic stone decorations that make it feel like you are walking through an ancient ruin. Long glass corridors wrap around many parts of the building and align with rows of hotel rooms (in one of the bldgs).
The pool is lovely and nestled in between the two wings of the hotel. The second wing of the hotel has rooms and the fitness center, where many holiday-goers are active taking instructed classes.
There were times were it felt like I was in an elaborate lair setting in a video game. The front lobby has grand seating arrangements, one of which has a foot pool recessed inside the main couch lounge near the front desk.
Overall, it was wonderful, and I was able to meet some interesting individuals. The room was immaculate and a giant steal at that price. Just a note: when ordering takeout (esp. Western food), many shops are further away, and may not be able to deliver to the hotel. It's better to go into the nearby town to find food. The hotel manager was kind enough to drive me there one night.
I look forward to going there again and continuing the thrilling adventure✨
