From the moment you enter the hotel area, you will feel that it is a relatively independent and private environment. The overall decoration is very stylish. I heard from the housekeeper that this is the owner's own house, so the decoration design and materials are very carefully selected. It is very different from other B&Bs that are rented out.
The housekeeper contacted us by phone shortly after we placed the order. We booked the cheapest price and upgraded it when we checked in. Any questions during the stay were responded to in a timely manner. The overall service experience was great~
Before coming here, I was worried about whether it would be inconvenient to eat, but when I arrived, I found that my worries were completely unnecessary. The hotel provided a Hainan-style rice noodle breakfast, which was simple but fully met the needs. There was also Hainan-style afternoon tea. If you want to dine in the hotel, you can also make a reservation in advance with the butler. In general, during the stay, you can fully meet various needs without leaving the hotel, and the experience is not inferior to that of a high-star hotel!
When I checked in, I saw models taking photos. The housekeeper told me that they also had some water sports experiences. Unfortunately, we didn’t have enough time this time, so I’ll just leave it for next time. I’ll definitely come again if I have the chance!

If there's a luxury haven in Hainan where time truly slows down, Raffles Clearwater Bay is undoubtedly one of them. From the moment you step into the hotel, 110,000 square meters of lush tropical gardens shield you from the hustle and bustle. The Balinese-inspired architecture beautifully complements the Li tribal art, and the rustling of coconut trees blends with the whispers from the 'singing sands' in the distance, creating an utterly immersive Southeast Asian vacation vibe.
The family room we booked exceeded expectations. Over 100 square meters of spaciousness, with wooden furniture and warm-toned soft furnishings exuding elegance. The massive private balcony was the highlight – in the morning, you could lean on the railing and see the emerald sea meeting the pristine white sands, and in the evening, enjoy a drink with the sunset glow, the sound of the waves becoming the most soothing backdrop. The room facilities perfectly blend technology and comfort, with a dry/wet separated bathroom area and thoughtful amenities like TWG tea bags and a minibar, showcasing luxurious quality in every detail.
I must commend the 24-hour butler service. My butler, Andy, proactively confirmed my itinerary preferences before check-in, ensured seamless luggage transfer upon arrival, and offered thoughtful recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing routes. This 'anticipatory' detailed service made our vacation hassle-free and more personal. The dining experience was equally impressive. The breakfast at the Italian seafood restaurant offered a rich variety, with fresh juices, lobster wontons, and French toast all maintaining high standards. And during the nightly sunset ritual, the complimentary Singapore Sling cocktails and Steinway piano performance made luxury feel gentle and approachable.
Visiting the same 'Disappearing Act' lighthouse or experiencing the seamless blend of sea and sky in the infinity pool, every moment was worth cherishing.
Of course, every hotel has its drawbacks: it's a bit dated, has a slight musty smell, and the heated pool wasn't open, which was a minor disappointment.

The room is clean and tidy, and the smart facilities make it very convenient, especially the projection equipment, which allows me to enjoy the movie-watching experience of a private cinema. There is also free parking, which is really thoughtful. I will choose here next time I travel!

AAbdurazzok 阿布I had a wonderful and satisfying stay at the Sangemmoon Hotel. The staff were incredibly attentive, the rooms were spotless and modern, and the pool area was beautiful. The only thing to note is that the location is a bit far from major shopping malls and restaurants, so you will need a taxi for most outings. Despite this, the excellent quality of the hotel itself made my stay fantastic, and I would happily return.

__U631015****I absolutely have to gush about this hidden gem of a hotel! It was truly the perfect choice for our honeymoon. The front desk lady had such a sweet smile and proactively offered us a refreshing Hainan drink when we checked in. Our butler, Anna, was the epitome of thoughtfulness; she added us on WeChat even before we arrived to share important information, sent us good morning messages every day, and was always ready to assist with anything we needed. Knowing it was our honeymoon, she not only met our room type request but also prepared a handwritten card and a small cake – that immediately earned them full marks!
The hotel breakfast deserves a huge shout-out. They had all the Hainan specialties like Hou'an noodles and Qingbuliang, and the croissants in the Western pastry section were so flaky they practically melted in your mouth; I could eat them for days without getting tired of them. There were plenty of activities too; we even caught a morning yoga session during our stay, which really added to the vacation vibe. The hotel's design is incredibly stylish; I was particularly charmed by the unique floor signs made from old boat planks, denim, and pearls. They've blended Li ethnic elements in such a fashionable way, making every corner Instagram-worthy. We'll definitely be back! 👏

The price-performance ratio is really high ✌️ It is worth recommending to everyone 🧑🤝🧑 The main emphasis is that the room is clean and tidy. It is also very comfortable to stay and watch the sea. It is really pleasant to lie on a chair facing the sea 🌊. It is very close to the beach 🏝️. You can also catch small shells 🐚 and crabs 🦀. The children have a lot of fun 😃 The location of the hotel is really the best location to watch the sea. 🅿️ Parking is also very convenient. You can see the customs of the fishing village and feel the summer breeze blowing on your face. In the evening 🌆, you can see the sunset at dusk, which is very healing. GGuest UserThe room is big, very clean and tidy, the boss is very enthusiastic, the environment is very good, there is a commercial street nearby, it is very convenient to eat and drink, it takes less than ten minutes to walk to the beach, and there is a swimming pool downstairs. This weather is very suitable for playing in the water. If I didn't have to go back to work, I would be reluctant to leave. Hahahaha. Not bad. Recommended

The manager, Stanley, was very professional and ready to help when we needed it.
The sea view is the best I've had in Hainan. I came to this hotel again mainly for the view. You can even hear the waves from the room and see the stars at night.
Many people complain about the breakfast in the comment section, but it's not bad at all. There's different kinds of fruit, bread, coffee, eggs and write a few other dishes. It's definitely not five star, but my girlfriend and I (she's Chinese and I'm Canadian) enjoyed a long breakfast every morning.
There's barely ever anybody on the beach and it's okay to go for dip in the sea, but you're technically not supposed to swim in it.
There's a an area about 700 meters from the hotel where you can find different restaurants.
The pool is very nice but isn't heated.
You can easily get around just walking, renting the electric bikes and calling a taxi to get to some hiking spots. We didn't find it necessary to rent a car despite being remote.
The bad:
You are technically not supposed to swim in the sea.
The pool is too cold to comfortably swim in when the weather is not hot.
The cleaning service does just an okay job on cleaning the room.
There's no really good restaurants around that we could find. Although I find this to be a problem in most areas of Hainan. There is no real variation of food.
There's no breathing in the rooms.
Bring snacks because it's hard to find food in the afternoon unless you order from the town, but then you have to wait for it to arrive and the options are limited.
There is a gym but with limited equipment.

JJing wu xihow to say. . It's not bad. The lobby is magnificent, but the facilities inside are not very good. I live on the 6th floor, the top floor, and there is a huge cockroach in the corner of the balcony, haha. The swimming pool downstairs is quite big. On Saturdays, there is a bubble fight. The water on the beach downstairs is made of real glass, and there are warnings everywhere that it is strictly prohibited to go into the sea, but you can go into the sea. It's okay, and there is also a meal. A complimentary dinner is a bad review. The parent-child room must be for more than three people, and the staple food is not enough. The breakfast buffet is quite satisfactory. There is a small town one kilometer away from the hotel, which is quite convenient for eating.
