GGuest UserThe room was upgraded for free, the breakfast was healthy and delicious, and the facilities were good. The most important swimming pool is great. In the morning, I watched the hotel staff carefully clean the swimming pool for almost 2 hours, and then went in for a happy swim. The sea and sky were all the same color, lawns, woods, beaches, and sea water. Compared to the kind of seaside villas with unobstructed views , the progressive depth of different landscapes, and the sense of envelopment brought by the mountains and the sea, let people blend into the embrace of nature in a very safe state, and return to the most authentic state,,, through the woods When I saw the local people sitting or standing on the rocks on the seaside in the distance, Zheng Zhihua's sailors instantly came to my mind. The freedom and power shown in this picture will also become a kind of spiritual nourishment that will nourish the future. Life, this is one of the meanings of travel.

TTravertine_Cloud-05Hotel Sanya Terran is the kind of place that inspires you to start writing a novel.
When I arrived there in the late evening around midnight or a bit after, the entrance lobby had me entranced, as it was serenaded in a blue glow, trickling different shades and layers of neon and dark blue. It added an aura of mystery, as not many people were around.
As I stayed there for a number of days, I felt, at times, like I was in an adventure novel. There are gigantic stone decorations that make it feel like you are walking through an ancient ruin. Long glass corridors wrap around many parts of the building and align with rows of hotel rooms (in one of the bldgs).
The pool is lovely and nestled in between the two wings of the hotel. The second wing of the hotel has rooms and the fitness center, where many holiday-goers are active taking instructed classes.
There were times were it felt like I was in an elaborate lair setting in a video game. The front lobby has grand seating arrangements, one of which has a foot pool recessed inside the main couch lounge near the front desk.
Overall, it was wonderful, and I was able to meet some interesting individuals. The room was immaculate and a giant steal at that price. Just a note: when ordering takeout (esp. Western food), many shops are further away, and may not be able to deliver to the hotel. It's better to go into the nearby town to find food. The hotel manager was kind enough to drive me there one night.
I look forward to going there again and continuing the thrilling adventure✨

GGuest UserThe pool area at Raffles holds many pleasant surprises. Next to the main pool, there's a shallow wading pool, just ankle-deep, with several lounge chairs right in the water. It’s incredibly relaxing to sit there and gaze at the sea. Further in, there’s a jacuzzi with warm water, perfect for soaking away all your tension. The pool is surrounded by lush tropical plants, with bougainvillea branches almost touching the water, making for great photo opportunities. A walkway separates the pool from the beach, so you can easily stroll over after a swim. The sand is soft, and the ocean water is refreshingly cool. In the afternoon, the pool area isn't crowded at all, offering a peaceful ambiance with just the sound of water and occasional bird chirps. Lying on a sun lounger, watching the clouds drift by, time just seems to slip away. The breakfast juices are all freshly squeezed – sweet watermelon juice and tangy orange juice – paired with a croissant, eating outdoors is simply delightful. The butler service is exceptional; Chloe is professional and attentive, making you feel completely at ease.

I didn’t have to called the front desk, and she was able to help me out every time when I WeChat her. We will come back again in the near future.

MM289070****Hidden gem of a hotel, highly recommend! I especially want to commend Carol for her incredibly warm and helpful service. I accidentally left some clothes behind after checking out, and she immediately helped me store them safely and even mailed them back home. She definitely deserves a huge shout-out! The hotel's beach area is fantastic, with loungers and swings right by the sea. Watching the sunset from a lounger with the sea breeze blowing creates an absolutely perfect ambiance. The rooms are clean and tidy, with all the necessary amenities, and transportation for getting around is also convenient. My stay here was truly top-notch.

GGuest UserThe hotel room was huge, probably over 30 square meters, truly enormous. The service was excellent, with very patient staff who met all our needs. The room was also very comfortable, with a soft mattress and good soundproofing, ensuring a quiet sleep. The room amenities were a major highlight, offering everything imaginable: disposable toilet seat covers, disposable paper cups, soap, disposable razors, and more. This was beyond my expectations for a room at around 100 yuan. The surrounding area is conveniently located with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. My parents had a wonderful trip and a great stay here. They said they'd stay here again next time they travel.

I had an incredibly enjoyable trip. The hotel staff provided the best hospitality I have ever experienced. Choosing this hotel was the luckiest decision. They not only took me to the places I wanted to go but also went above and beyond to resolve any issues, like when I lost my phone. Thanks to them, I didn't feel any of the inconveniences that can come with not speaking Chinese during my trip to China. Despite the clear language barrier, I never expressed any discomfort. I deeply appreciate their kindness.

There is a supermarket downstairs that is very convenient, and the dishes at the Wanghai Hotel next to it are not bad. It is about 3 kilometers away from Gangmenling Park. It is still a little far to walk. You can take the bus or call Didi. Whether you are driving or traveling freely, it is recommended to live here. Gangmenling Park has a beach to play, and you can also climb high and look far. It is worth a visit.
