Booked a room for 4 nights, my passport was stolen, no refund for one night, the hotel's attitude is very abstract, I have never seen such a brazen ** hotel

The property was modern, tidy, comfortable and reasonably priced. It suited us perfectly. The staff all spoke good English and were really helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

Close to subway and easy walk to lovely restaurants and close to airport and bus/train. Excellent everything!!!!

Perfectly clean, tastefully decorated, budget hotel in a good location in Lisbon. Metro just outside, plenty of shops and restaurants in the area. Attentive and friendly staff, the little surprise at checkout was a nice touch to end the stay. We will definitely recommend and be back next time !

Staff were amazing. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable, breakfast was good. We would highly recommend. It is steps to the Metro making it convienient to get around. About 20 min and you are im Rossio square in the heart of Lisboa's tourist attractions. They replenished water daily and gave a gift when we checked out.

The best part of the property was the location - right next to the train station.
The worst part had to be the housekeeping. It was terribly inconsistent.
One day we would find the water replaced, another day nothing. One day our towels would be replaced, another day left there. One day the cups would be washed, another day the cups would be taken away completely and not replaced.
Additionally, housekeeping had a really bad habit of talking on their phones on speaker all through the morning while they were working on other rooms. We could hear everything (including whatever was coming out through the phone's speakers), which was not a pleasant experience.
Overall, I can't recommend this hotel for their poor service levels.

Decent sized clean rooms in Saldanha, a modern building right next to the Metro station. Helpful staff, though they gave us 2 identical rooms for different category (and priced) rooms we booked. Not sure if we ended up overpaying.
Overall price is quite high for what's offered and other comparable places.
