Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. 1. This is not a hotel, this is an old house, purchased by a hotel and renovated in Airbnb style. For top floors there's a luggage elevator (not for humans), for lower floor there's stairs. 2. We had the lower floor, basement where you can hear the metro and there are cockroaches. No proper windows, small room with bad smell. Hard to describe this smell but it's definitely unhealthy. 3. We got lucky because our flight was cancelled and we lost 2 nights in this "hotel". 1 night in this hotel was more than enough. Originally I booked 3 nights. 4. I tried to get a refund for 2 nights that we lost, since our flight was cancelled. Of course they didn't agree to refund, they care only about your money. Then I asked for an upgrade to the room because basement rooms are terrible. And they wanted me to pay extra for the other room. So I paid for 3 nights, slept only 1 night and they also wanted to charge me extra for a different room. 5. There is no reception in that building! In order to check in and out you have to go to their actual hotel LX Soho. Which is pretty close but if you have luggage it's a big pain. And if you need anything from the reception, there is no way to contact them. The only good thing about this place is that they have wifi. P.S. the towels are dirty.

A bit noisy, it is because of metro, and if ither guests using the shower, it will make noise too

Loved every single day there, the location was good the metro is literally not even a minute away, the breakfast was amazing, the service people were great we became friends with some. Overall the stay was absolutely fantastic. Thanks to the stuff.

It was really close to metro. Room was very clean and as shown in the photos. Upper floors are not reachable by elevator unfortunately. Bed could have been larger.

Room in basement with no windows, smell of humidity, the metro passing nearby is very noisy. You hear people walking in the street talking, to have breakfast it is in another hotel about 50 m from crossing the street, bed not very comfortable

Nice apartments, the only thing I didn't notice is that there are no windows. It's quite hard to wake up in the constant darkness. Another thing that needs serious work is check-in. People arriving at the apartments don't understand where to go. The building with the apartments is closed. You have to walk 100 meters to the hotel reception to get the key. Why don't they send this information on the day of check-in? People are lost and don't know what to do, and this is the most unpleasant thing when you arrive in the city tired and want to get your place as quickly as possible.

Qianqi is not a good book if you have luggage To check in, you need to go to another location first. Then when you go to your room, you have to take the stairs first. There is an elevator first. The elevator is only for bags and has no space for people to take the lift. Disabled unfriendly

Would have expected a more understanding and helpful team. Any other respectable hotel would have handled it differently and unfortunately it has left questioning the business ethics of the hotel. No wonder review scores are so low. Never again.

My stay at Lisboa 85 Suites & Apartments was simply wonderful! The hotel is very well located, close to several tourist attractions and public transport, making it easy to get around the city. The rooms are spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was extremely attentive and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or needs.

Checked in quite late (around 11pm) - the studios need a key card to open the door which we didn't have - you need to cross the road and go right to the to the LX SOHO (a few doors down) to get a key card from reception. First night we were in 405 which was a little small and had an IKEA sofabed .... next day we were able to switch to 404 which had a nice double bed and a little more space. The apartments are very handy for the walk into town - thoroughly recommended.

Great hotel. Stayed 3 nights. Quietly located but still in the center. Everything within walking distance. Hotel neat and clean, showers fine, breakfast fine, friendly staff. Parking is possible in the hotel garage, 15 euros per day. Recommended!

Building well located, very friendly staff and very clean room. Despite check-in and breakfast being done in another building, we were very well received and everything went as expected. We would return to this accommodation without a problem.
