I had a great stay at 南明酒店。前台接待的小姐姐 楊朵 很friendly , and all the personnel keeps the hotel super clean and it has everything you need.

酒店服務：
酒店服務總體來説還是比較好的，前台服務人員熱情周到，客房服務也很好。
酒店環境：
酒店環境乾淨整潔，交通便利，周邊設施齊全。
小插曲：
入住當天，前台小姐姐得知明天是我的生日，説要送我一點精美小禮品，我非常期待。但是第二天退房的時候，前台已經換班，我沒有收到小禮品，稍微有些失望。
建議：
希望酒店能夠加強員工之間的溝通，避免類似的事情再次發生。

衞生：牙杯里面有白色污漬，沒有用
設施：普普通通，一開始的房間有很嚴重的反味，薰得頭痛，找前台免費升級了；一開始的房間電話都沒辦法打給前台，還要跑下去找人
環境：下雨噪音比較大，樓下有個鐵皮棚子
服務：晚上服務員跑過來敲門，送了一瓶可樂，反映有味道之後免費升了房間（貴30）
