Wish we could have taken advantage of beautiful resort like atrium with pool and hot tub and cream palm trees.

When we arrived I'm not sure they read how many people - I had to ask for more wrist bands. We called and asked for more pillows for our room considering we had 4 people at 9 - 930 we called and asked how long they'd be and if I could go pick them up so the kids would go to bed... they said no I couldn't and that she'd ask them again. No pillows arrived.
Breakfast we went to the restaurant. Waited in line, were told we had to wait till they cleared tables as a few were just finishing up. As we waited we read the menus so we'd be ready. Another table the same size came after, they sat them first. I had to ask again to be seated. We had to continue to wait.

Yes, although 3-star is more expensive than 4-star, but this kind of rural hotel is quite comfortable and the restaurant is also good. Very good experience
