It was lovely to stay at the Primrose Guesthouse, it was in a perfect location for going to a gig in Camden & is situated in a great part of London.
Nothing was too much trouble for our host. We were able to check in early. The room was clean & had everything we needed. The full english for breakfast was delicious & plentiful. We would stay again!

Lekha was a wonderful hostess for our visit. When we couldn't find a place for Xmas dinner, she invited us to share her family's with them. And that before even meeting us. Gracious and helpful, and always friendly. The room was clean, and large, and all the facilities well kept up. And breakfast cooked to order by Newton was always a treat. Won't find a better guesthouse in Hampstead or anywhere in London. We'll be back. Thanks Lekha

Excellent location in quiet suburban street not far from Belsize park tube station. Friendly welcome, comfy quiet night sleep, nice shower, fresh home cooked breakfast.

Lekha was so nice to us on arrival and facilitated an early check in. The Guest House was spotlessly clean and everything you would need was provided in bedroom. Freshly cooked breakfast was very good. Ideal location for visiting patients in Royal Free Hospital as we were, no more than a 15 min walk to Hospital. Surroundings are lovely with plenty of nice cafes near by.

The Primrose Guesthouse is a little distance away from the hustle and bustle of downtown London, but an easy Underground ride away on the Northern Line to all attractions in Central London. Neighborhood has great restuarants, is quiet and very walkable. The Hostess/Owner is very nice and is attentive to all your needs. If we go back to London, we will definetly stay there again...

My stay at primrose was awesome. We stayed in London for 1 week and booked with Primrose Guest house for 4 days 3 nights. It was very walkable if you are taking the tube to get around which we did, Lekha made us a delicious breakfast in the morning and there were snacks in the kitchen if you get hungry. If I ever visit London again I will surely stay at this guesthouse.

Property was ok and service was average. I was charged twice, first ny the online booking and then a second time by the proprietor after she insisted that the online agent transaction went thru. All this despite providing her with the online booking and receipt. After an email exchange she still insisted there was still a difference outstanding to be paid and only refunded me £50.

Very well-maintained and charming accommodation in homely and leafy Belsize Park, close to subway and bus. The host Lekha is helpful and nice. Wonderful English breakfast is included in the price.
Comfortable beds, good bathroom, everything you need is there. The rooms are small but smartly planned and nicely furnished. Quiet at night.
We will definitely be back, thank you!
