The room is small but very clean. You can get the hot water, tea, coffee from the lobby. 5-8 mins walk to the metro station. If u need to take the Euro Star. It is a good location.

The location is convenient with plenty of restaurants nearby.
However it is very small for a family room,no space to put anything in a table and the fan was noisy.
If close the fan it is very hot.
Toliet is tiny too and have cracks on top.

Small and narrow twin room with no windows

This hotel brand will be added to my list of favourite hotels. As a budget traveller, for the first time, it was discovered that a windowless room is nicer than some room with a window but has no views.
Would like to highlight that the bathroom is too narrow for people with big sizes.

Smallest room we have ever stayed in, no access to one side of the bed without climbing over partner. Bed was comfortable though. Bathroom tiny, shower tiles not as clean as we would like at the bottom, but that is very common. Comfortable common spaces in lobby. Annoying to have to pay to store luggage for a couple of hours as having paid a pretty high price for a very small room.
Staff friendly, comfortable clean bed, good air conditioning.

Tiny room with tiny bathroom, the shower wasn't draining properly and there wasn't even a kettle provided. Beds were small and unclean. Apart from the location, this was a pretty lousy hotel to stay in.
