I rarely leave bad reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience. I booked one of the Private Boutique Apartments in London expecting a luxury stay, but unfortunately, it fell far below expectations.
First off, the cleanliness was questionable — dusty surfaces, stained upholstery, and a musty smell upon arrival. The photos on the listing were clearly outdated or heavily edited, because the apartment looked tired and in need of maintenance.
Communication was another issue. The host was slow to respond, and when they did, it felt dismissive. We had problems with the heating and Wi-Fi during our stay, neither of which were resolved properly.
For the price, there are far better options in London. This felt more like a budget rental disguised as a boutique experience. I wouldn’t recommend it, and I won’t be returning.

The staff was overly gracious. I had to check in much earlier than the check-in time that is on the listing, and they were happy to do it for a £10 fee, which was fine for how much earlier I had to be there. It is about a 10 minute walk to the nearest train stop. Plenty of restaurants and a grocery store close to the hotel as well.
Make sure you have data though because you must call to check-in. There is no front desk.
As for the rooms, it had everything you’d expect for the price. It was clean and they provided whatever towels you needed. I guess the only qualm I’d have is that the walls are a bit thin, so you can hear a lot of what’s going on in the hallways.
Overall, a great stay that I would recommend!

Couldn't find the hotel. It didn't even have a sign outside, its just a plain white door with a keypad on it. Had to ask for directions. The room was really dark, it was advertised saying there was a fridge and microwave but there wasn't either. The hotel really need to upgrade the bedding. There were multiple stains on the covers. Will not be returning.
