Avoid this property. The management company is unreliable in responding to situations requiring attention. The alarm went off in the flat our family was in. We, a family of 4, were homeless on the cold streets of London from 3am to 7am, with a refusal for compensation from Stay Inn. Horrible situation with no acknowledgement.

They will steal your money!!! The property refused to let us stay at the hotel on NYE even though we already sent in our IDs and paid £***. The receptionist s will lie to you and just hang the phone up on you. The deposit to stay here on top of the booking payment is £500. It’s not worth it

After reading the reviews of these apartments we were naturally very concerned but thankfully we didn't need to be. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, well located and very good value. The only slight downside was that we couldn't adjust the heating but we can't grumble.
