We are coming to the end of a 17 night stay at 56 Welbeck Street and will be very sorry to leave our beautiful apartment for the last time. We needed to spend three weeks in Marylebone for some planned medical treatment and initially booked an AirBnB nearby. Unfortunately things didn’t work out as planned and we had to find somewhere else to stay at short notice. The team here were absolutely brilliant and offered us Apartment 3 on the day I called them. From the moment I walked in it felt like home. The apartment is beautifully furnished and equipped with carefully selected and extremely tasteful furnishings and accessories. The kitchen and bathroom are both nicely fitted, very contemporary but really usable. The shower is extremely powerful. Housekeeping is provided twice a week which includes cleaning and changes to linen and towels plus replenishment of tea, coffee, kitchen and loo rolls. The bins are emptied and any recycling taken away. The reception/concierge team is always available in case of any issues and are extremely responsive should you need anything. Being on the ground floor we could hear the underground trains running beneath us and movement from the apartment above us but it didn’t spoil our enjoyment. Anyone sensitive to noise should request a top floor apartment. Our sincere thanks to the team for helping us out at such short notice. We won’t hesitate to recommend you and we plan to return!

Great location, quiet and spacious. We stayed for a week and enjoyed having the apartment with laundry machine and other amenities. Easy walk to Marylebone area with cafes and shopping, subway station and access to Oxford St and all major sights. Thanks to Ryan and team for the food basket at arrival and quick and friendly service throughout.

This is a nicely decorated and convenient place. It was a quick walk to Marylebone High street with its boutique stores. The street itself isn't very busy or noisy. Close to the Bond street Metro Underground station. Very convenient to many different sites. We like to cook to eat healthy and the unit isn't really stocked with a lot of cooking equipment. So be aware. Otherwise, very attentive staff. Valentina did a meet and greet and left a nice welcome bag of groceries. A very nice touch! Would come again with my whole family.

An exceptional apartment in a fantastic location, just off Marylebone high street. An old style building, high ceilings and original features but a contemporary interior and underfloor heating. A very generous welcome pack of food items from Waitrose was much appreciated as I arrived late at night. You hear the tube but I guess this is common in London. It didn’t really bother me and stops at night.

The property is on a nice street not far from the Bond Street Tube Station. Our major problem was the nearly constant rumbling train noises in Unit 1’s lower ground floor bedroom and slightly less disturbance throughout the ground floor portion of the flat. We were offered to switch to the top floor unit, but they were aware from the time of booking that I have mobility issues and am unable to climb that amount of stairs (the property has no lift). FYI: You cannot book a particular unit. The unit was clean and equipped with basics, but not laundry pods. The staff were communicative, apart from not disclosing the noise, and helped us with a luggage issue prior to arrival.

We had a wonderful stay at 56 Welbeck street It is located in Marylbone,a quiet and beautiful neighborhood just 5 minutes from Oxford street and Bond station. The apartment is new, beautifully designed , very clean with fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. We enjoyed very good cleaning service The staff is amazing! Ryan,Valentina and Rossella are extremely kind and ready to help at any circumstance I warmly recommend Myriam

My daughter and I stayed at apt 2 for a week in April for the Coronation. The location was perfect. Bond Street station is just a few minutes walk away as is Oxford Street. Marylebone High Street is also a few minutes walk away where there are several pubs and a handy Waitrose. My daughter and I felt very safe in the area. There is a hotel next door so there are black cabs outside should you need one. The apartment itself was clean and well maintained. The twice weekly housekeeping was nice. We were greeted on arrival by Rossella who helped us down the stairs with our luggage and then popped out to get us a few essentials such as milk, eggs and bread which was much appreciated. My only real complaint, and this might just be for apartment 2 which is a basement apartment, was the noise of the underground trains that started around 4:30am and ended around 2am. I did speak to the management company who offered to move us to another location but this was a couple of days after arrival and by that time the thought of packing everything up and moving to another location was just too much so we opted to stay put. We did get somewhat used to the noise but I definitely would not stay at apartment 2 again for this reason. The management company were very helpful including being able to get us back into our apartment after my daughter locked us out. We would definitely stay here again but would steer clear of the basement apartment.

I was looking for a short-stay apartment in Marylebone for my parents when I stumbled across the stunning properties at Living Rooms Apartments. I met Rossella at our first viewing of the property, and was instantly impressed by her warm greeting. Rossella proceeded to keep in contact with me throughout the process and we eventually agreed on a two week stay at 56 Welbeck St. While we agreed on a one bed flat, Rossella was kind to have my parents upgraded to the duplex apartment on the same floor offering more space and storage - it worked out perfectly as they thoroughly enjoyed their stay and the facilities the property provided. The housekeeping staff was phenomenal and the property has a 24/7 concierge so that was very helpful for us. Rossella went above and beyond for us, always answered any questions we had & assisted us very politely throughout. Definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting London!
