This was a near perfect hotel experience. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. The rooms are luxurious, but in a really comfortable way. The staff (and there is a lot) are really top notch. There are several food and beverage options in the hotel. We tried 4 of them and they were all great. The concierge does a daily tour of the OWO and it is really worth doing. The location is ideal. We had one small hiccup with turn down service one night and the housekeeping staff couldn't do enough to rectify the situation. I will definitely stay here again.
