The location of the hotel is simply amazing, just a few minutes walk from Saint Pancras, Bitish Museum and Trafalgar Square.
The hotel itself is utterly bland, with a lackluster reception, spacious but equally drab rooms, windowless breakfast room.
On the day of our arrival, the hotel's computer system was so slow that we had to wait a long time to be assigned a room.

Good location. 15 minutes walk to British Museum
The room seemed very old.
I did not ask for the handicap facility but said I chose
basically no other facilities
The best thing is that you can store your luggage after checking out

We did lots of research to find one hotel with good price and we came here for 3 nights and the standard for the price was perfect. Nothing like a 5 star hotel but very clean and basic decoration. Anyways who comes to London to spend whole days inside the hotel? We just wanted some place safe and very clean with good beds and we did get all of them here. Remember London is expensive so better spend our money on good food and drinks and not on a hotel room we just use for sleeping.

The chef erlinda was very helpful and welcoming during breakfast service she was talkative and very friendly. My stay was very good all the staff was very helpful and kind will definitely be staying again during my next visit to premier inn.
