Beds were too short for someone 190 cm talll and one of the nights was a bit cold. Apart of that everything else was absolutely fine!
Location very good as it is a short walk from Tower bridge and very closed to Aldgate and Tower Hill underground stations.. I definitely recommend!

I like the hotel. Clean, roomy, with big windows, wooden desk and wardrobe. The TV is nice too. It has the setting that is like home.

First of all, the location was very good, but it was very difficult to ventilate because the window could not be opened.
The bed, bedding, and even the cleaning were very good.
But..the desk was too small, so it was difficult to do anything.

It was nice that it was 5 minutes from Tower Bridge, and since the room is cleaned until 4 o'clock, I ask the counter to clean it up before then, and it will be cleaned up when I leave. Plenty of towels are provided, but the slightly soundproofing is a deduction

This hotel is fantastic. Staff are all really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Staff went above and beyond and attended to our every need. I recommend this hotel and would most definitely stay here again. Great rooms too. Family ones very spacious and the double room with great views..
