Access to this hotel was close to St.Regent's station, although a bit hindered by the building work going on. The room was simple and clean but the bedding felt cheap. There were no shops or restaurants nearby and I was told to book a table if I wanted to have dinner at the hotel, which was a little inconvenient. My booking said I wouldn't have air con in the room but I was in fact giving an aircon room...and you needed it! It's quite noisy in the early evening and from 7am, because you can hear the aircraft taking off and landing into London City Airport. I didn't think the hotel was particularly good value for money.

Very good hotel at the best value for money, very clean with a reception at the top. Perfect for a stay in London.

Absolutely disgusted! Cancelled booking on arrival on a 20yr old disabled person and 2 friends trying to attend mcm. Have had to find another hotel. No refund due for 4 days. AVOID will be making more formal complaints. When trying to resolve issue Manager hung up and customer service was not helpful.

Got covered in bed bug bites, really unpleasant and now have to deal with the aftermath of them. Writing this a week on as they itch like mad and still haven’t gone down. Obviously you get what you pay for a my work paid for it anyway but you expect at a minimum a clean room! Good luck the next person in room 609

Service was excellent and people so friendly No changes required, everything went without a hitch. Breakfast was well presented, tables available, great selection, well cooked and well consumed for the day ahead. The room was extremely comfortable, the bed was larger than I expected and the room had no outside noise. All in all a great experience.
