I stayed here at Edmonton premier inn for the first time and it was absolutely lovely. I was greeted by two young ladies who were extremely nice and polite it was very nice to check in with them. Bar was very busy so think there should be maybe more staff but there was so many drinks to choose from. I ordered chicken curry in the restaurant and it was so delicious and the same two young ladies were very intensive and we’re so nice to me. The rooms are ok but I think they need some attention but the bed was very comfortable and had a good nights sleep

This is our second stay in Edmonton Premier Inn due to its proximity to the Drumsheds and this time we booked a Premier Plus room. Gates to the car park was new and quite a hassle as no one available to answer the buzzer. Eventually one of our party walked into the hotel, around reception, the bar, restaurant and kitchen before finding a member of staff who could open the gate. We arrived around 8:55 but after 9:07 before we got in which meant the restaurant was closed as it closed at 9:00. Minor irritations which didn’t impact our overall stay as we got pizzas delivered and ate in the bar area ( which closed at 10:00). As ever the rooms were both clean and comfortable and we enjoyed a great nights sleep. There were delays with breakfast the next morning as the majority of guests who turned up for breakfast had not pre booked so in truth there were significant delays for food It was more “eat what you can find” rather than “eat all you need”. Again a minor irritation and not the fault of the staff who were working tirelessly to get things cooked and out. Breakfast on day 2 was a much calmer and more enjoyable affair There does appear to be a lack of staff, with one member of staff working reception and the bar ( including wading the bar floors) and one member of staff working the breakfast shift in the restaurant, greeting and seating guests, preparing the tables, clearing dishes, refilling the buffet etc. All done with a smile and the willingness to spend a moment or two to chat. Every member of staff we encountered were friendly and willing to assist, I think they really do make the difference to any stay. Big shout out to Maria in the restaurant an absolute star

When we arrived at the hotel, we were not greeted by anyone at checkin, when someone did come out, they did not acknowledge us, we used the self service and headed to our room. The hotel overall is very run down, but we figured it was just a bed for the night so it didn’t matter. Once arriving at our room, the table was peeling and sticky, the bathroom wasn’t clean and there were bugs in the bed, we went down to change rooms and were swapped to a “cleaner” room that smelt of damp. But could not change again. The next morning, we arrived at breakfast at 9:30 for the self service, full breakfast. There was no food until 10am and when it was serviced it was cold, we couldn’t find staff to complain, so we left and went to tescos to eat, we decided not to have breakfast the next day. The price of the hotel £270 for 2 nights was extremely expensive considering the service and paying £43 on top for 2 people to have breakfast. We checked out and left quickly on the second day and again no staff to report anything to since the first room move. The venue is VERY close to the Drumsheds which is a good appeal, however I wouldn’t stay there again.

What a beautiful way to wake up to such lovely staff, especially Maria who helped us with all of our allergies and was so attentive. The food was very nice and it had a really relaxed feel. I would recommend having the breakfast as they are willing to help in anyway possible.

Second stay at Premier Inn Edmonton for a concert at the Drumsheds. 5 minutes walk from the venue which is absolutely perfect. Comfortable rooms and a decent bar. Maria who runs the restaurant at breakfast is a breath of fresh air and constantly smiling, making sure you’re well looked after.
