Easy to walk from airport to the hotel. Functional room. Good space. Perfect for an overnight stay for an early flight the next morning.

The staff were very friendly and provided an easy check in. This is sadly where the positives ended: - no aircon or fan available. This meant opening the window, however the DLR went right past our window interrupting our sleep. This was also frustrating when getting dressed in the morning as commuters were eye level with the room. - no phone in the room to call reception (to solve above issue/other) - no glasses to have a drink of water, encouraging plastic bottle use.

Hotel is okay

For my trip this location was suitable but the service quality was in average level.

The room facilities are somewhat dated; the bathroom has a bathtub but no shower, and the shower curtain serves as the wet/dry separation. The front desk service was good. Regarding transportation, public transport is convenient, but less so for long-distance travel requiring rail transit. It's not far from the city airport, and the hotel and its surroundings offer views of the airport.

It's close to City Airport and there's a bus stop in front of the hotel, so transportation isn't bad. There's no hairdryer in the room and it only has the bare necessities for a stay, but it's cheaper than surrounding hotels so considering that, it's within reason. You can use the WiFi by changing the registered address every 30 minutes and reconnecting, but it's quite a hassle.

The only downside was that the sink drain was clogged, but otherwise it was a good value for the price.

Great location, close to the airport

Spacious, clean, and close to the airport, convenient location for early morning flights ✈️ The surrounding area is very quiet and calm ♪ Above all, the clean and spacious rooms are the best.

I stayed at the hotel to use London City Airport, so it was close and nice. However, you had to pay a separate fee of £3 to use the internet. That didn't make me feel very good.
