We had a lovely check-in experience with Zac who offered a welcoming conversation and lovely recommendations on where to go for a drink and view of the river. Beds and rooms were comfortable and clean. Location is great and has two bus stops right outside that can take you in to Victoria Station.

I stayed there with a friend for a week and it was great. The staff were exceptional; they were very kind and welcoming and were very knowledgable about the area. I remember Zac who welcomed us from the beginning. He was also very understanding and helpful when I couldn’t find my key and helped me out with a new one. Couldn’t have asked for better service!

So easy to book on line and had a conversation by telephone before arriving about a muddle I had due to parking arrangements and all explained so simply. On arrival my daughter and I were greeted by Zac. How lovely it was to meet someone so cheerful and so professional. He made it all so simple and explained about the parking to. And smiled all the time. He clearly loves his job and puts his all into it. He told us to pop outside and around the corner for a drink by the river to take it all in. It is not often someone takes time out to give advice and help, but he did and so much appreciated. All along he remembered my name. Our room was outstanding and so comfortable and so very very clean. The beds are so comfortable and the pillows and fluffy towels and the shower gel has a note of lime, basil and mandarin (ode to a well known brand). The next day I met an equally lovely Maranda and her team who work with her. I said how amazing and clean our room was and they all smiled. Clearly the whole team there work together so closely and are so proud of what they do and they should be and should be congratulated. My thanks to Zac and Maranda and their very important team too including the night staff, who found my charger, thank you all. We had a great time, a happy time and a very very comfortable stay. Thank you from my daughter and I. So recommend and look forward to seeing you all again very soon.

Travel with my family to this hotel. I found this hotel to be a great place to stay. Zack at the reception was amazing. He went out of his way to make sure we were happy. The entire stay are good. The management are alway welcoming. But Zac is just fantastic.

Very relaxing one night stay. The staff were very helpful especially Zac & Miranda. They helped me amend my originally wrong booking and even provided me with a phone charger for my stay, after I forgot mine. I’ll definitely be booking again.

Zac and Maranda and have been really help since i came here. They helped me a lot and always sorted out my Wifi I issues as we are long staying guests. They always encourage me with my school work as we are long staying guests in the hotel. They are like my family. They take keen interest in my studies. We feel at home.

The hotel was better than 3 star and Zac on the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. He was knowledgeable about the food places nearby and helped me with which bus stop to use to get to the train station. Overall good stay and I would use again in the future.

Great staff, the room was clean and ready on time. Zac was really accommodating and helpful at reception. Great checkout time of 12.00 which means you don't have to rush in the morning. A breakfast box was offered, which was convenient. Yolo.

We flew over from lreland to visit some of my family who where in hospital and stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in march, The room was lovely and clean, newly painted and fresh. On arrival we where met at reception with a true gentleman by the name of Zak, this guy goes well over the top trying to help everyone, not a bother to him, he even copied a plan of places for to visit, which was very helpful, but l told him my reason for visiting London was visiting two of my family in hospital, he again helped by telling us the best way to travel to the different hospitals, the next evening we got a card for Zak and management offering prayers for us. I still can't believe that this good man done this, it brought tears to me eyes. So l hope you enjoyed the chocolates Zak, and thanks again for everything. Slàn go foill.
