The receptionist was very helpful during check-in and check-out. They provided taxi call services and securely stored my luggage. The location is excellent! just a 3-minute walk from my son’s student accommodation, with restaurants and a supermarket nearby. The tube station and Borough Market are only 8 minutes away on foot. Best of all, major attractions like Tower Bridge, the London Eye, and Big Ben are within walking distance, so no transport was needed.
The room was well-equipped for cooking and washing, with everything thoughtfully prepared for guests.
I had a wonderful stay at Native Bankside and will definitely return on my next trip to London!

Location is good and very near to the Queens walk and can reach within two minutes.
The space is spacious and also have big wedding area. Highly recommended

Great value for central london given the amount of space, apartment was new and walking distance to several landmarks and tube stations, would stay again!

We have booked a premium studio, however we were assigned to a accessible studio, where the shower was a open space, which are slightly inconvenient for us as we do not need an accessible bathroom, the sink was quite small and extremely low for us too as it should be convenient for disabled guests but not for us. There was a bottle of milk left in the fridge too from previous guest.
Despite of the room type, everything was good, the design of the room was great and better than lots of hotels in London

Large and nicely decorated room with good amenities including cooking range, oven and washer / dryer. Great for family for longer stay. Walking distance to tubes and 1min walk to Thames. Recommended.

Unfortunately someone left a gift in the toilet that needed flushing and bathroom floor was filthy.
