The hotel location is very convenient to public transport and lots of different restaurants nearby to choose from. There's also a restaurant and bar inside the hotel if you don't fancy going out. The place is very clean and tidy. The only thing I'm not so impressed with is the way the staff talk or interact with the guests. Not very friendly at all and no smiles. There was only one person that was really nice and I think he was the manager.

The hotel is in good position, just a few minutes walk from Waterloo Station. Room was clean. Disappointed that there was no fridge. The staff are very helpful and friendly.
Was disappointed in the cooked breakfast. On all 3 mornings, the eggs, bacon and mushrooms were barely warm, in fact the mushrooms were stone cold. Coffee tasted like warm dishwater. The fruit however was lovely.
Would stay again but not bother with the breakfast.

Hotel location is very good. Waterloo station was closeby, easy to go the viewpoint. Very convenient.

Love this hotel!
The location is wonderful, within 5 mins walk from Waterloo station, the room is spacious and comfortable.
Breakfast is lovely as well.
From now on this is my first option for London hotel.
